Very conveniently located.

Unfortunately, the stay was not good. The hotel has a good location and the staff was very friendly. But that's it. I can't explain the rating of 8.4 by the best will. In addition, it should be a 4* hotel. Never in life. Maximum 2*. The rooms are clean but extremely small. In the shower you can't even turn around. You can't sleep before 3 o'clock in the morning because the environment is very noisy and the rooms are loud. Unless you have maybe three per thousand alcohol in your blood. Overall, the stay was not in accordance with the reviews shown here and the price-performance ratio did not fit!

Great location and very, very good staff.

This is a budget/value hotel. Excellent staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good ac, plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Mini refrigerator. Convenient area, plenty of food options, close to train and bus station. Lots of people out and about. Most sites are walkable.

Reception was really helpful both in directing me with convenient routes to/from the Archeology Museum and in helping me reserve a 4am taxi ride to the airport. The A/C worked great. As it's in the historic district, there's plenty to see and do, including shopping and restaurants.

I don't know how this hotel can claim to be a 4 star hotel, at best it might be a 2 star. The room itself was no bigger than 8 sqm and to that you can add 4 sqm for the bathroom. It was impossible to shower without touching the shower curtain so small in the shower. Using the toilet you would have the towel from the towel rack in your face. The room at had view into the neighbouring buiding and their aircondioning unit 1.5meters away from the room. For electrivity there is a pin with the key, which did not work unless you litterally stood and hold the pin. As the room was small you could still watch TV but a little inconvenient in the long run. First and last time I have stayed here.

Close to walk to train station and great front desk staff but this is a 2 star facility at best. Outdated and musty. Clean but needs to be updated.

this hotel has a hreat location, very walkable to shopping, restaurants and train station. The staff were all excellent and very helpful.

The young receptionist staff was very friendly and helpful. The middle-aged receptionist was neither friendly nor helpful. We arrived early from the airport and he would not allow for early check in. He would not allow us to access the rooftop lounge area as seen in the website images. When arranging for a taxi ride to the airport He failed to inform us of the Naples airport hours. Luckily one of the young receptionist informed us , thereby preventing us from waiting outside the airport at 3a for an hour. The daily breakfast buffet was not offered at the hotel. We were informed that we could use the breakfast buffet at another hotel that was 18 minute walk away. However, the room was cleaned very well daily. The hotel’s location is very good, near the Duomo metro. Plenty of dining options nearby.

Good enough hotel just on the outskirts of old town. Don’t expect anything amazing you get a bed too sleep in and a private bathroom. The bed is hard as a rock and the shower is almost unusable thanks to the shower curtain.

Dark, dingy and smelled musty. Staff was kind. Our bed was very uncomfortable and only one pillow. Our shower flooded and went into the tiny bedroom. Disappointed that the other reviews did not reflect this. We only stayed one night and then were able to change hotels.

Kein Luxushotel, aber ein sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut englisch. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen was ein Vorteil und ein Nachteil gleichzeitig ist. Es ist alles sehr gut erreichbar, auch Fußläufig, aber wie in jeder großen Stadt gibt es gleich paar Straßen weiter das Übliche Milieu um einen Bahnhof herum. Ich würde dieses Hotel trotzdem jederzeit wieder buchen.

Napoli is ... busy, the Hotel Suite Ares is in a great location for exploring the city and an easy walk to Centrale and Circumvesuviana train stations.
