Chambre impeccable, personnel agréable, hotel bien situé. Le petit dej est certes un peu cher mais il est copieux et delicieux. Le spa est tres appréciable

Great hotel in perfect location in Cannes!

Le personnel est à l’écoute, la partie spa est très agréable, le fait qu’il y ai peu de personne rentre forcément en compte. L’eau de la piscine est un fraîche mais supportable. Un bar est à disposition au sein de l’hôtel, ainsi qu’un restaurant. Les prix pratiqués sont convenables au vu des prix cannois. Le buffet petit déjeuner est un des moments phare du séjour: choix, qualité, accueil.

We only booked this hotel specifically for their 2 saunas. I called in the afternoon to ensure they were in operation and then made a booking. We drove four hours there arriving to spend the evening in the saunas until. After a problem with parking and checking in , we went to the saunas only to find out that both were broken . I asked for help and if someone could fix them as there were still several hours left, but was told no one was available and maybe someone would come sometime the next day, but they couldn’t guarantee it. I explained the situation and was given an email to write to the manager, but had no luck.

Tout étais parfaite, la chambre toujours propre, le petit déjeune très bien et le personnelle très gentille.

La possibilité d avoir 2 chambres communicantes. La grande plage horaire d ouverture de l espace spa. Le FABULEUX PETIT DEJEUNER.

Extremely disappointed in our hotel room stay. The room smelled of cigarettes and gave me a really bad headache. Keep in mind this hotel is smoke free. I reported this to the front desk and they did not seem very concerned. They provided me with a room spray, which I promptly used and it made no difference whatsoever. I reported once again that the room still smelled like cigarettes and they did nothing about it. I advised that it would be important to report this to management.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was super friendly. The elevator was really small but we just made more than one trip with the luggage. My only complaint is about the pillows. Terrible, terrible pillows. Sleeping was really tough for us because of the pillows. Not acceptable for a 4star rated hotel.

Overall, it’s a great hotel in a convenient location. However, parking was difficult as the property doesn’t have its own, and no VIP benefits or upgrades were offered. The small elevator was sometimes inconvenient, especially at checkout, but the hotel itself is comfortable and enjoyable.
