It was a nice trip wasn't out in the cold or no food. I got lots of sleep and time to do some work on my phone that I couldn't do before

The shower head was awful, had to move around just to get wet

I stayed in the same hotel twice, I got sick twice. There is something wrong with their AC system.

The room for the price was really great. My one complaint is that the fridge would tuen on and very noisy making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast in the morning was very good too.

Front desk mgr Starr and Melissa were perfectly wonderful to me. Construction on Starbucks across the street was terrible, but the general location was great. Beds were. Very high but super comfy.

Ac doesnt work very well, was not on when we got to the room. 97 out. Room smelly, and though some newer finishes, its not great. Hope the beds are clean when we pull the covers back. Was looking forward to a nicer place. This is only a small step up....

Property was good but the water pressure in the shower was weak

Every time I go to East Lansing I stay at the Clarion. It is perfectly located. Close to where my friend lives and campus and downtown are a couple of minutes away. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and competent. I will continue to stay there when I’m in East Lansing.

Old, needs to be updated

The power was out for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there because of a tornado that hit in the area. We used to stay at RRI on Dunkel Road but their quality dropped considerably so we decided to give this hotel a try. We were impressed with everything and the price was right. Although I am surprised they didn't give us any break on the price considering we had no electricity. I know it was an act of God and not their fault. However, if we do the East Lansing Art Fest again, we will be staying here.

When we checked in, we were given a room that already was assigned to someone. I'm thankful they weren't there because that would've been a very awkward situation. When we got a new room, the key didn't work so we had to wait for a new key. You could tell the room hadn't had a deep cleaning in a while. For one night it was okay. Location was close to MSU but I probably wouldn't stay again...

It is a motel. Room cleanliness is subjective, specially the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Reason to book this is the convenience to MSU. Breakfast is also disappointing.

Comfortable, clean, and close to the MSU pavilion. Will stay again.

No electricity for the entire stay. No breakfast provided. Cold shower.
