Shower in room was terrible so moved rooms to the smallest room you probably have

Comfortable Hotel in a good location for doing stuff in and around Bristol, good facilities and very friendly/helpful staff. However, one bedside lamp was not working as the bulb had failed (reported but it was the weekend so no maintenance staff around), some of the tables in the restaurant were sticky and the fire alarm went off briefly one night at 03.30. I appreciate false alarms happen but the was no acknowledgement of the issue at checkout the next morning, even though nobody could have slept through it.

Amazing

Staff were all kind, helpful and polite, room was ok probably average but this was to do with the hotel being dog friendly and not down to the hotel itself

The room was clean, staff was friendly and the tub was very neat and clean. Close to the bus stop and definitely recommend stay for a price worth it.

The shower wasn't working this morning. And the floorboards were very creaky.

Over priced , room massively dated , ridiculously noisy with some sort of extraction and heating , and waste water in the walls , I was in an executive room 😳 this isn’t anyway what I’d say remotely standard sorry , this hotel maybe lots of people’s cuppa tea but I dislike travel lodge but they are Caesar’s palace with room quality , grated the staff that I met were amazing and the reception and bar area look good but beyond the doors it’s like going back in time. Definitely won’t stay again sorry

Very disappointed. Well below my expectations. The welcome from a lady doing Xmas decorations was pleasant but that's where it ended. The receptionist was more interested in taking money than ensuring I was satisfied. A parking charge was added, when I said that it was not on the booking, I was told an email was sent afterwards!!!! Furniture in room is very tatty & BOTH chairs wobbled badly. Bathroom was very tired. The TV only had a few channels. No USB port anywhere (my fault for forgetting my plug) Very cheap toilet paper! This is a CREST hotel, we expect better. I was going to dine there use the bar & breakfast but I went to the Black Tower over the road instead. So charging me for the parking cost them around £50 in lost revenue!!!

Bathroom was not clean there was hair everywhere and mould growing in the shower, the towels were stained and the room floor was dirty! The room was very loud being next to a main road but the staff were amazing kind and friendly! The breakfast being served at 8am on my last day meant I was paying £9 or whatever it was for toast because I had to go to work which was fairly upsetting

Food was poor

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and the breakfast menu had a wide range of varieties.

Room ok but dated, quite noisy as the secondary glazing had been removed and the old wooden windows didn’t close fully. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
