What a beautiful hotel! Everything was great. The only annoyance was that I spoke to a desk agent last night and asked for a late checkout, but then somebody was knocking on our door and calling the room because we werent checked out by 11, but we had til 12. The agent just didnt update the system.

Excellent! Perfect room with a view of the pond. Clean and we also enjoyed the day aand whirlpool.

Walking distance to District 1881

Had excellent bar and great brunch breakfast. Pillows and beds were so soft and comfortable.

Great staff. They really were good. Good hotel. But there are a pile of bums in the area. Lock your doors and use caution at night. This is not the hotels fault. But should be noted.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staffs. We were there for my hubby’s surprise birthday and I requested them for cake , wine and balloons etc, they did a fantastic job. Restaurant below is really nice too. Everything is walking distance so no need to drive. Free parking and very safe.

Perfect. I was able to charge my Tesla at the J1772 plug in. The front desk clerk was fantastic at both recognizing me and in welcoming me back to the hotel along with my wife and my 9.5lb dog. Perfect 10/10.

Good and excellent customer service. There are so convenient solutions for a whole family trip.

I always stay here when I travel to Chilliwack . The chef Domingo is great in the kitchen and always makes a great meal Chefs kiss

Good coffee and Toto Washlets! Really lovely front desk staff as well. We’ll be back.

If we ever come through this area again, we will definitely stay here.

Excellent bed. Very happy that the hot tub was open at 6am.

Good food, clean quiet rooms.
