Very luxurious stay

Excellent location.

It is a great place to stay and within. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores.

We stay 2 nights. Our first night we were given a room right behind the reception desk. The room itself was ok but location was so noisy. You could hear all the conversations, and coming and goings of the front desk which equaled no sleep. They were accommodating when requesting a different room and we got a very nice room on the 7th floor. If you choose to stay just be mindful of where your room is.

Gulligt litet hotell. Rummet var ganska litet men super fräscht. Ligger i ett livligt och happening område aldeles vid Saint Paul men hotellet finns på Bangatan så det var tyst och lugnt på kvällen. Välisolerade fönster så när du stänger blev det helt tyst. Välfungerande luftkonditionering. I loved it!

I would stay again; maybe I just recommended for short stay and only one person in the bedroom. Excellent and very convenient location.

Unfortunately I was in Paris during the heatwave, doing a study abroad. I have a medical condition that is affected by heat so I booked this room last minute for two days because it had AC and WiFi. Arrived and found rooms AC was not efficient at cooling room around 85 in room, also WiFi was spotty and had Nats in the bathroom shower and sink drain.I went to front counter to ask to be moved ( was on first floor ) also told them about the Nat problem in bathroom. Was told sorry no other rooms available and then he came in with bug spray. I went to front counter explained this was not acceptable and would be checking out ( was within 30 min of checking in) called hotels.com explained situation and requested a refund. Booked a Marriott 20 min away. Was then contacted by hotels.com that they would not refund my charge. Filed a claim with insurance. Definitely disappointed after reading the reviews and the fact they did not refund my charges.

No me gustó la habitación. Me dieron la habitación 01 y en la reserva me salía una habitación más linda. El baño parecía de hospital.. Muy caro para lo que me ofrecieron. Solo me dijeron que me dieron esa por que era la habitación que les quedaba. Planta baja junto a recepción y ventana de calle. Es preferible si no hay buenas habitaciones libres no renten lo que les quede. O bien a un costo muy bajo.. estuvo muy fea. Me sentí robada para lo que pagué y lo que me dieron!!

The property is in a great location in the Marais, walkable to shops, dining, and the metro. While the space is nice, it doesn’t quite match the quality shown in the photos. The main issue was the unreliable Wi-Fi. Additionally, there was no body soap in the bathroom upon arrival (though reception quickly provided some), and the sink wasn’t draining properly but was fixed upon request. One unprofessional detail: a staff member was seen lying on the lobby couch wrapped in a blanket diring thr overnight shift. These are small issues that, if addressed, could elevate the experience from a 3-star to a 4-star stay.
