A beautiful hotel, and absolutely amazing staff, always had a friendly smile, and always willing to assist with directions to sights or booking taxis etc Would highly recommend, and would definitely go back again. Wonderful.

Whole hotel was beautifully clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend! Gorgeous large suite. Perfect little break.

정말 너무 좋은 호텔이었어요 모든 직원들이 친절했고 좋은 방에서 숙면할 수 있었고 조식이 맛있었고 전체적으로 최고였습니다!

The hotel was brilliant in a very good location, all the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was a good size, clean, tidy with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was exceptionally good, with plenty of options to choose from.

Theresa helped with directions and was very pleasant through our stay with additional items needed for the room. Room was outstanding and very clean!

Great sized room, powerful shower and separate bath. Nice small balcony (too cold to sit out in December!). A good selection of breakfast buffet food, cereal, toasts & fruit as well as a menu service with hot food. Very helpful staff from reception, breakfast and housekeeping. On a very quiet location with easy walks to the tram or a bit further on to Charles Bridge. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Super séjour dans cette hôtel très agréable. L'accueil et le service super, la propreté des chambres également. Pas grand chose à dire.

Schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist auch gut bietet viel Auswahl. Parkplätze in der Garage im Hotel sind auch buchbar. Da braucht man aber etwas Mut und Geschick da sehr enge Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage und Parkcontainer. Grosse und breite Autos sind da eher ungeeignet. Das sehr nette Personal ist aber dabei und hilft beim einparken :)

Das Zimmer war toll, es gab sogar ein Upgrade auf das Deluxe Zimmer. Sehr sauber, super nettes Personal und hervorragendes Frühstück.

Room was beautiful clean had every thing you would need. Fast Internet Breakfast was nice. The staff wonderful go out off their way to help. Hotel great location I will definitely be back
