yes. the room was not taken care of. the toilet switch was broken. no service to the room replacing towels or toilet paper. the breakfast ran out of plates to serve right up until 9:00AM as early as 8:00Am. Very disapointed in overall service standards.

I sent my coaches there and sent a third party CC to pay for the room and they charged my coaches, that’s not acceptable, what’s the point of prepaying if you charge my guests?

This hotel is very rundown. Our room was relatively clean, but we did not get it cleaned each day as they were too busy. The heater had issues, so we slept with the window open. Parking was limited. The pool was under renovation and the hot tub had a film at the top of it. In my experience, this hotel did not meet Ramada Limited standards.

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. General area could use regular cleaning. Pool was fun for the kids but under construction. Overall not a bad stay for the price

The hotel itself is a little bit older, but it is clean and the beds were VERY comfortable. The hotel was a bit noisy as there was a hockey tournament, but other than that our stay was good.

The room did not match the photo online. The tank on toilet was quite loose.room really needs an update. Breakfast and lounge was really nice though

Great value ! Stopped here on a trip back to the coast. While the icy parking lot posed a few challenges, the room was nice enough and there was a surprisingly variety of breakfast items. Staff were very friendly and wanted to meet my dog.

The motel is run down. Dry wall left all over the pool area. There were holes and cracks on the water slide that cut my son. Needs a thorough cleaning and repairs. Staff were very friendly though.
