Situacion un poco alejada del centro de León, pero junto a la estación de tren y autobuses. No hay cafetería. No hay nevera. Debería haber ducha en lugar de bañera en la habitacion. Hice la reserva por hoteles.com, pagando el mismo día de la reserva, y me dicen en la recepción que no tienen mi factura, que la tengo que solicitar a través de la web de hoteles.com (?) Nunca me había pasado ésto.

Habitación limpia pero al patio interior. No había toallas de ducha y el pasillo de la planta 2 muy viejo y descuidado. Desayuno muy bueno, fácil aparcar por las calles cercanas y a 15 min andando a la Catedral

El hotel esta antiguo.pero todo muy limpio,camas comodas,calefaccion funcionando .Personal amable

I general, the day shift staff are more knowledgeable than the afternoon staff. They are more joyous to deal with and helpful. When we arrived, I asked if there is baggage transfer to our next stop the immediate reply was negative. My wife feet was swollen so I have to find a way to have our bags transferred. This morning I asked the reception about the transfer and he said YES they do it. But efforts has been wasted if the reception knows the answer in the first place. We all know how a Camino hiker looks like so there should be no mistake

Malgré la panne électrique, nous avons eu de l’aide pour les valises, parking garage sur place, le petit déjeuner était parfait. Propreté impeccable.

Hotel con ubicación perfecta, al lado de la estación de tren y a 5 minutos andando del centro. El hotel es correcto y cumple con lo prometido.

Es un hotel bien situado, muy cerca del centro. Es un establecimiento de toda la vida y necesita renovarse. Pese a ser un hotel con solera, está muy bien cuidado y muy limpio. El personal es muy amable y correcto. Las camas son muy cómodas y en la habitación hacía calor mientras que en la calle había -4°C. Repetiremos si volvemos. Gracias
