Buena relación calidad precio. Buena ubicación, limpio y agradable.

The hotel is in a very good location close to restaurants, casinos and shopping

Everything was wonderful, we were upgraded to ocean view. I just don't understand why they would charge us if we would use the coffee if it was part of the amenities and the maids were always asking for tips leaving notes and envelopes. We don't need to be told, it's obvious that you have to leave a daily tip. I just wish they would concentrate more on leaving toilet paper instead of me asking for it practically daily. I do want to praise Veronica the receptionist for her professionalism

El servicio al cliente es solo aceptable. Algunos meseros son sarcásticos al preguntar duda, el hotel en general luce anticuado y viejo, aunque limpio. La alberca no está climatizada

Breakfast was always good. Fresh fruit every day. Pool was clean and refreshing.

Room was bit dated but clean. Staff was very responsive and courteous. Over Alla pleasant stay.
