I booked a higher category room to get a kingsize bed, and on checkin there was no available, and I assume it's a business model at this hotels, that you have to upgrade and pay extra again to access the room you already payed for. Room wasn't very extraordinary, toilet was not very clean and pillows wasn't comfortable, breakfast was tasteless, if you didn't see that the Salomon was pink, it cud be any fich. The same with bacon and eggs. And rooms dosen't have place for working, so not very impressed stay.

Nice room, clean & quiet

Excellent customer service from the moment I arrived, throughout my stay, until the very moment I checked out. Thank you to all the staff there for their graciousness and kindness! Room was spacious, bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Location is awesome - right off the river - and easily walkable to Old Town Vilnius, where I had the best foods and drinks of my life.

직원분들 친절하고, 시설 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 지리적으로 바로앞 강변과 공원이 있어서, 꽃구경하는 인파들로 붐비기도 합니다.

It was really excellent location for stay and the staff are very friendly and when we ask for something , we got the service done very quick . I will highly recommend this hotel. Only missing was big type swimming pool but jacuzzi was also good

Väldigt stort Hotell,,,många Bra Saker,,,Restaurang o Frukost väldigt Bra..Sevice o Städning är självklart olika med så många städare.Jag fick inget Kaffe på 50 timmar..Städerskan missade 2Dagar,,,Jag sa till i Receptionen 5olika gånger,Inget hände…Otroligt nonchalant..Underkänt…

Amazing stay with good breakfast, spa, and sauna!

The atmosphere of the hotel was so calming after traveling for 18 hours. When I walked in I was treated respectfully and they answered my questions and gave me ideas of how to spend my time.
