When we got there the dloor had not been swept or cleaned. We could not get the room to cool down even with the window open. Pretty much everything was below average will not be staying here again.

The top cover in the smelled of BO, not too sure what the smell was. (I’m hoping it was changed from previous person). The bed is in dire need of a replacement mattress, kinda lumpy. The living room smelled like old water…like when you use a rug cleaner and the water isn’t sucked out enough. Normally it’s always been really good here…this time not so great.

Perfect property in a perfect Port Credit location

All night long there was a noise coming from the outside of the building like a metal cable knocking on wall...very disturbing. beside this , very comfy and spacious. I would go back.

Wish it had a place to dine in the hotel. Rainy day, would have been convenient.

For how empty the hotel was, I thought the atmosphere was a little robotic!

They run this hotel like hotels were run pre-COVID. And it is one of the cleanest rooms I've ever been in.

The furnace filters need to be changed & cleaned as dusty. Really like the rooms as they are apartment style and able to walk to varioys restaurants within minutes. The staff had to change our room as the tv was not working. Will stay here again soon!

Great location for such a good price. This was my second time staying here, and I’d gladly stay here again. The room was clean, and the sheets were fresh. The only negative is that the mattress was rather soft which, along with a noisy boxspring, made for a rather uncomfortable night of sleep. However, I found no issues with the mattress we slept on during our first stay here, and that would lead me to assume that it he are rooms with older beds and those with newer. If the firmness matters to you, it might be worth requesting a room with a firmer/newer mattress whenever booking the room.

Well located. All of the rooms have a separate bedroom and a full kitchen.
