I had a great stay in the Chatteau Laurier, although is not located in the core Old Quebec is just walking distance to it. I would book again

Hotel muy céntrico y cerca de todo lo histórico de Québec. Lastima que no tengan un comedor propio para tomar el desayuno, y no tener que depender de uno externo.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé près de restaurants , du Château Frontenac et du vieux Québec. Le personnel est chaleureux et très courtois.

Upon arrival, a very well appointed hotel: modern, elegant, clean and friendly staff. We were able to access our room early which was nice. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Loved having the chrome cast service, made it easy to use our own streaming services. We used the outdoor hot tub, and was very clean. Restaurant on site St Hubert was good as well as a convenience store. Location is great and only a short walk to Old Quebec City/Chateau Le Frontenac. There is also the Governors Boardwalk that is close and such a lovely walk. Staff was wonderful the entire stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé

Château Laurier is a very well kept hotel. Very clean with all amenities. The rooms are spotless with a small safe to put all your belongings. There is also a Nespresso machine in the room with a few coffee capsules. The hotel is located in the old city and walking distance from all the Grande-Allée restaurants and Frontenac Castle. I enjoyed my stay.

le menage a 15:00 pm la chambre n’etait pas encore fait très désagréable vu le prix je trouve ça inacceptable autre point notre camion un pick up canyon denali rentrait pas dans leur stationnement?? on a du revenir de notre activité pour aller le stationner ailleurs assez special!!!!!!

The rooms are very clean and quiet. Lots of towels and robes. No phones to reception.

The room was very spacious and new but lacked regular amenities like hand cream and we had to request our room to be cleaned each day. There was no phone in the room and we had to use a QR code to contact front desk so only one-way communication. We had the safe battery fail and needed to call them 3 times to get it fixed because they cannot call you back. The elevator was under repair and then when we used it, it dropped about 3 feet and trapped us. We rang the alarm and then were sent to the basement where a hotel worker told us to get off this floor in French and no one seemed at all bothered by our experience. The breakfast buffet was not worth the price and we did not return - went to the restaurants across the street.

Only there for one night but the hotel was great. Didn’t use any of the amenities. Breakfast was also a good value.

the place is quiet with an elevator

We were moved to another room due to construction noise directly below our initial room. After moving, the stay was very pleasant. The room was recently renovated and clean. The robot for giving directions was an interesting idea. The hotel was within walking distance of the downtown, which was very nice! Thank you.
