My new Tijuana favorite. Had been staying at the Hyatt Place but due to front desk staff being rude the last few visits at the Hyatt, I wanted to try a new place. Hotel Real del Rio was amazing! Pros: * Great shower, so relaxing and clean. Seriously the best shower in a hotel room I’ve seen in a long time. Forever hot water and spacious. * Property was incredibly clean. * Staff treated me like they wanted me to be there. * Restaurant and room service staff went above and beyond! * Bed was super comfy and slept great! Cons * No coffee maker in room, but room service for coffee is inexpensive and better than making your own cup. * Checkout took a few mins, I believe they look at groom before they allow you to checkout. Not a big deal but seemed a little odd. Sometimes trying something new is risky, but I now have a new favorite in Tijuana. It’s great!!! Going back a few times in the next few weeks.

I reserved with you, was so easy and more cheaper. I extended one more night I went to the reception and they made the changes and kept the same room.

When I asked for something, they responded quickly. For example I didn’t bring my tooth brush and I called to receptionist and they deliver to my room one kit, toothpaste and brush.The breakfast buffet was so good. To easy to self parking.

So glad we added the breakfast option. The food was great. Small gym, but had everything we wanted. Super clean, and good location.

Staff is great, very helpful!! Wish hotel had a bar. Only issue I had was only 1 working elevator and it was easier using the stairs.

Beautiful hotel, beautifully updated shower, comfortable clean bed. Restaurant food was very good too! If you’re a US traveler I recommend a Roku stick at any hotel. I will stay here again!

Some of the rooms have a poor view. So plan accordingly.

Quick stay, great location and very clean

Great stay overall! The hotel appears to be fairly new, and everything was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, quiet, and very relaxing, making for a comfortable stay. Its convenient location near shops and restaurants was an added bonus. The only unusual part of our experience was at checkout, when we were asked to wait while staff inspected the room before confirming the return of our incidental deposit. This was the first time we’ve encountered that process, so it caught us by surprise. Aside from that, everything was excellent. The staff was friendly, the property was well kept, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Place is very clean and new but when I was checking out they made me a sit over 5 minutes for someone to check the room for any damage which has never happened before.
