I booked this hotel from Expedia platform, hey, you need to update your platform and remove properties that mislead customers. I booked this hotel because it stated that parking was available on-site with a daily payment option. The fee seemed reasonable to me, so I booked it. However, they failed to mention how far the parking is from the hotel. When I arrived after a long flight with heavy luggage, I discovered the parking was around 400 meters away and not suitable for multiple entries. This essentially means you’re stuck there. Specially in the area that in each minute, someone comes to you and ask money and cigarette!!!!!! Breakfast was very limited in options, and the environment around the hotel was noisy and unpleasant, as mentioned in reviews that I was aware of beforehand. However, the one and most important issue I didn’t see mentioned in the reviews was the parking problem. No tissue paper, no kettle, no cups, no phone( broken), no safe( broken), people do wee in the street around the hotel.

Hotel ubicato vicino alla stazione centrale. Camera spaziosa ma un pò datata con lampade (abatJour) non funzionanti. Colazione modesta. Personale cortese.

Hotel in posizione comoda ,carino e colazione abbondante. Personale gentile. Unica pecca ,sotto il letto pacchetto di sigarette e bottiglia d acqua del cliente precedente!!!

È un bell'albergo, ben arredato, ma certamente necessita di un buon ammodernamento. La ns. stanza era comoda e pulita, acqua calda e riscaldamento garantiti. Il personale è cortesissimo, la colazione ottima, è anche consentito lasciare i bagagli in custodia dopo aver lasciato la stanza. Non ultimo, è proprio accanto alla stazione

Questo soggiorno da dimenticare...una delusione....

Stanza minimale con letto matrimoniale fatto da 2 brandine unite e 2 materassi singoli. Bagno con sciacquone rotto, copri water che non si apre del tutto e che non ti permette di sederti dritto, mattonelle e lavandino rotti, pulizia approssimativa. È il minimo che posso dire.

Personnel très bien, propreté bien, chambre faite tous les jours. Chambre sombre donnant sur cour ,nécessite une rénovation. Petit déjeuner bien L endroit est bien situé à côté de la gare centrale.

Hotel posizionato in punto strategico per potersi muovere, ma essendo vicino alla stazione non lo consiglio per chi vuole riposare e silenzio Personale gentile e cordiale.

The bed and pillow was hard as a rock. The front reception wasn't very helpful. The faucet was all corroded. There was still painter's tape on the light from when they painted the room and paint had dripped on the lamp shade which is still there. They offer key access only which doesn't make you feel very safe.

建物は古いです。周りはあまり治安が良さそうではなかったですが、ナポリ中央駅からとても近かったので、そういう意味ではよかったです。
