The elevator was down the entire trip. Having to go up and down flights of stairs especially with luggage is a huge inconvenience

It was a nice clean safe place to stay.

If I could give 10 Stars about my experience at Holiday Inn Express and Suites Memphis Southwind, I would! The front desk staff members were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. They went out of their way to ensure that I enjoyed a comfortable stay. The amenities and rooms were exceptionally clean and equipped with modern appliances and furniture. The rooms were exactly as shown on the website. The housekeepers were very available daily, and they did an excellent job with making sure that I had plenty of linens and toiletries. Hot and freshly cooked breakfast was available every morning, along with complimentary coffee and tea. The food was delicious! There were plenty of breakfast options to choose from. I also enjoyed spending time in the gym, as well as relaxing in the pool. Both allowed 24 hour access, which was an added bonus! I highly recommend the Southwind location. Whenever I’m in Memphis, this property will be my first choice for a hotel stay!

The sofa bed was filled with chips, cheetos, wrappers, microwave was not cleaned. Stayed 2 nights, both morning's (a Tuesday and Wednesday) there was NO breakfast left at 8:30am when breakfast runs until 9:30 or supposed too.

I found lot of bugs and cleanness was not on the top.

It was a 5 minute check in at the most and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Easy to find and park. Solid breakfast. Pool was nice, but not very big. Room was spacious, but fold out couch bed had a large stain. Normal bed mattresses were okay.

Check in was quick, they had our key ready for us. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. However, if you're expecting breakfast get down there very early. Hours are from 6:30-9:30... We went down at 9 and they were out of everything... Including milk for cereal! No juice...no nothing....1 apple lol...so, if you're looking for a comfortable room this is a great place if you can skip the free breakfast.

The water pressure in the showers are very low.

Very nice lady checked us in. Very helpful. The only bad thing about our stay was the smell in the room. When you walked in it was a swimming pool mixed with cleaner smell. It went away after a while. Clean rooms.

No clean towels and no one to answer the front desk

Würden wir NIE mehr buchen. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir als erstes den Handtüchern hunterher rennen, da pro Zimmer lediglich eines verteilt wurde (trotz Familienbuchung) und am nächsten Tag wollten wir die Handtücher via Zimmerservice austauschen lassen und haben sie daher auf den Fussboden gelegt. Als wir am Abend ins Hotel zurückgekehrten, gab es in beiden unserer Zimmer GAR KEINE Tücher mehr und als wir dies an der Rezeption mitteilten, hiess es bloss, heute kämen keine neuen Tücher, wir müssen selber schauen?!?! Giengen dann halt gezwungenermassen ungeduscht ins Bett und am nächsten Tag auch so zum Flughafen!!! Der versprochene Manager war bei der Abreise auch nicht da (wurden angelogen) und preislich war da auch nichts zu machen teilte uns die ebenfalls „sehr hilfsbereite“ Arbeitskollegin mit…. NIE WIEDER!
