Receptionist spoke almost zero English, no one was available when we checked in who could answer our questions in English. We ordered breakfast through Expedia and were denied breakfast even though they were serving breakfast the next morning. The day we checked in, we were told hotel SanGiorgio would store our luggage the following day. The next day they would not store luggage for us until I was put on the phone with someone who could speak English, then they stored our luggage but still wouldn’t give us our Breakfast.
