Large enough room but the tv is small versus the distance to the bed. There isn’t an ice machine on the 2nd floor and the elevator is on the other side of the building. We are off the pool and it’s very humid, my husband is on oxygen and this wasn’t the best option of a room for us. There is only one plug in on either side of the bed and his oxygen needs to be plugged in but the plug is at the very edge of the frame and hardly fit, so the plug in on the other side couldn’t be used. We couldn’t have our phone next to us for this reason. The bed is a king bed but the pillows are the size of a couch pillow. The lobby had a horrible burning smell. I will not pick this hotel in the future.

Spent the night on an across the Midwest adventure. Great room, cozy and clean bed. Nice hotel with everything I needed for the night.

The hallways were hot and humid with outside doors unsecured. There was no ice machines on the SW side of the building. The pilows were to small. The matress was super lumpy and not comfortable!

Julie at the front desk in Davenport was very nice and helpful. We loved everything about this motel except the hot tub is no longer there. One of the reasons we usually stay at a Best Western is to use the hot tub, so that was the only thing that disappointed us..

The room was excellent for handicapped accessible and very appreciated. The front desk clerk was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us

The staff was effective and the room was clean!

The breakfast was served by Deb who was gracious and very helpful. She did an amazing job. It was not the most comfortable bed, the air conditioner was rattling and annoying. The bedding wasn’t the cleanest either. However it was nice to have the shampoo, Conditioner and body was available. The towels were a bit rough and small.

We appreciate that some upgrades have been attempted in the rooms. The room had wood look tile, which was very nice for getting suitcases in/out. But, not clean, because all kinds of stuff stuck to our feet. The bathroom didnt have a tub, just a shower. Nowhere to put your own products in the shower, nowhere to put a foot up to clean/shave. The bathroom didn't have a garbage can at all & the toilet paper was in a very hard to reach spot (we ended up taking it off & setting it on the counter).

Property and room was very nice. Dining options relatively close. Great pool area and other amenities. My only comment would be is there were a lot of items out during breakfast. Didn’t appear to be an attendant keeping track of what was needed to be stocked.

Very clean, well kept property. Comfortable bed, nice breakfast, friendly staff, great place to rest while on the road! We would definitely return here.

The rooms were a bit dated, but did the job! My only complaint was we had an 11am checkout, and housekeeping came and knocked on our door at 8:15, and again at 10:15! We were there for a baseball tournament, and my son was still sleeping, that is until they knocked on the door at 8:15.

Bar crowd was loud and rowdy. Room smelled bad. Not clean. Will not say again.

Really good hotel located in a very not good area

Pool is okay. Even though it is an indoor pool it was too cold. They kept almost all of my incidental deposit and I don’t know why. I have never ever had my incidental deposit not returned. Not worth the money to stay here. Even though the rooms are cheaper, with them keeping my incidental deposit, we should have stayed somewhere else for just a little more money.

Great value for quick stay. Easy access to I-80.

We stayed one night here, for the room, hospitality, cleanliness of both room and hotel building to what we paid for the night I would say we got a pretty good deal. For what I paid for our visit I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy but I was shocked by the entire hotel. The staff from checking in to the breakfast staff were all very professional and nice. Check in was very smooth and fast. Our room was very clean and spacious. The only thing i would ding was that the queen beds were actually fulls but we still fit. The pool was nice and the courtyard was also a nice touch. I would definitely recommend to people and would book again here in the future.
