Room was simple, clean, comfortable. Overlooked the greenway. Front desk was excellent with check in, check out, and contacting me when I forgot something in the room after check out. Free parking and breakfast were nice perks.

Room is spacious and clean. Staff at the reception is very accommodating and right away sayvyes when we requested late check out because we arrived at 12 midnight. The hotel is close to the beach. Its just 5mins walk to the beach. Buffet breakfast is great. This place is highly recommended

We were warmly greeted by front desk staff and were surprised and delighted to be offered a complimentary 5 PM happy hour of wine, cheese, and grapes. The room was clean, quiet, modern, and comfortable. There were two large seating areas available in the poolside courtyard, both very lovely and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near many food options. The complimentary breakfast buffet was varied, delicious, and there was an attentive staff member there to make sure that the area was tidy and that fresh food was available.

Best part was we can walk to the beach and the price is very reasonable. Hotel and room is very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Eggs were delicious. I plan to stay here again.

I can’t believe this is my first time at this hotel. We come in to Santa Barbara every other month and this is by far the best place for the price. They have a great breakfast, easy parking, walkable to everywhere downtown. I will definitely be back!

Great hotel, great location, friendly staff. Beds were comfy (soft but surprisingly comfy), water pressure in shower was great, rooms very clean, and easy parking. Will stay there again!

Staff was very friendly and responsive. Room was clean, solid breakfast. The pool was not heated, but it was warm enough to enjoy it anyway.

Lovely spacious comfortable room overlooking the marina. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet area with plenty of amenities within a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was delicious and a good way to start your day. Would definitely recommend a stay if in the area.

We enjoyed the harbor view room with a balcony. Comfortable and spacious room! Great location to the harbor and warf. We appreciated the permitted parking lot which had an EV charger for our rental car. We would stay here again!

Short walking distance to SB West Coast and Wharf.

Clean, quiet, fun little boutique inn.

My only complaint….The continental breakfast options were strange and left something to be desired.
