Great staff, rooms are fine.

Basic room which looked out on to an indoor swimming pool. Staff were very helpful and recommended Santa Fe Grill across the road for dinner (Shrimp Tacos and a $2 Margarita hit the spot). Hotel breakfast was ok but why so much single use plastic!!!

We had to change our check-in date and the girl at the front desk went above and beyond to help us get situated. Kudos to Debra for taking the time to help some weary travelers far from home!

Was ok for a one night stay. Was quiet!!

It was enjoyable not bad at all, nice big pool but lots of kids which is understanding but also smelled like pee. overall a good experience there.

Front desk staff were very helpful and placed us near the ramp so we could wheel in our heavy toolboxes. However there is no open bar or restaurant as was advertised.

Devin checked us in and was friendly and helpful.

Room smelled like musty smoke. Sheets didn't fit either bed, they came off while sleeping. Do romh check in, after a 14 hr drive, the check in clerk stopped in the middle of checking me in to instead train/help her coworker check someone else in.

This is a great hotel when visiting Rock Springs. It is clean and feels very safe. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind. :)

I love the western setting. My room was right in front of the pool. The hotel is not one of those luxury hotels but it is a very nice hotel if you are traveling with your family

We stayed 3 nights. Used the hotel as a bedroom so didn’t use any of the amenities

Overall, the property is great and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very musty smelling and it's too bad the restaurant/bar is still closed.

I like the outdoor access to room for unloading each day. My only request would be a higher speed internet! It isn't bad, but may BW Hotels have better.

The Western theme was a plus. The restaurant was closed-not sure why. Breakfast was okay.
