Great hotel everything is walking distant beach, food, stores, it’s layback good to rest and relax, we had issues with the flushing of the toilet but managed well over all I would go back but not off-season nor raining season either it rained on us the last 3 days 👍

Mexican colonial style. You get what you pay. Food and beverages are tasty but expensive. Staff very friendly and kind but they could pay more attention to you on the pools areas. Something I disliked was that a family with childrens were at the adults pool and the staff didn't say anything.

This is a very nice and friendly hotel. The room is a little old. The room we had was up many stairs and had 2 double beds. Queen beds would have been better. The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. But either the paint was faded or there was mold on the ceiling. But the ceiling was 4 meters high so it was ok. Service was good in the bar and restaurant. But the food is seafood and vegetarian. No meat options. Overall it was a very good experience.

weather was great! Staff was also great only thing I didnt like was the restaurant at the Hotel only serves vegetarian food.

Great support from Staff. Room was clean and everything working fine. Hotel is quite pretty. The opportunity is on the pool towels availability.

Todo me agradó mucho, me encantó poder estar en la alberca hasta las 9 pm, pero el pay de fresa puede mejorar, por lo demás, una muy agradable estancia y muy amables

Bien, pero no tienen toallas para alberca, ni para habitación. Los baños necesitan modernizarse.

Grounds are in good shape. T From the outside the Hotel is nice. But the rooms are another story. Old, moldy, musty and in terrible shape . But the staff was kind. Lety the Pool server was amazing and so friendly. She even brought us her homemade cupcakes one morning.

The grounds are nice enough. But the rooms are in terrible shape. Mold on the walls and terrible sewer smell. The pool server Lety was incredible, helpful and so sweet. The room service waiters too were very nice and helpful

Love the Hotel, excellent location, friendly staff, Lety in the swimming pool area always made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect for relaxing. Only a few steps from the beach and walking distance to many bars and restaurants along Zicatela beach.
