Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was very convenient.

This was a comfortable, spacious room with a great bed and plenty of pillows. The TV was nice and big. Had a frig that was a bit too cold and froze my water bottles. The only complaint is the toilets are far too low and don’t flush well.

Nice staff and the breakfast area was great. Nice variety including good hot food choices.

Everything was okay except the internet kept going out for extended periods of time.

Easy checkin

Rooms had been renovated and looked great! Everything was clean. We were there for a softball tournament and was relieved to see there were plenty of food and shopping places that we could enjoy in between games. Exceeded our expectations and will definitely be staying here again!

Lobby with the waterfall was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful BUT the property was under going a massive remodel.the aircondy

Staff had no clue on using the new software they were using. Front desk said they only had 1 hour of training with it. They didn't know that the room was already paid for through Expedia when booked. Curtains in our room wouldn't close all the way. Beds were absolutely terrible, extremely hard and the bedding was basically 2 sheets. No hand soap in the bathroom.

Property is in the middle of a renovation.

I did not stay the desk clerk made me feel uncomfortable so I checked out. Shift change and that lady as super nice to help me check out and apologized for the additive of the first desk clerk.

We stayed at this hotel Mid May 2025. The hotel has very recently been remodeled, so everything is new and fresh. The only inconvenience was they were painting the outside of the hotel and therefor all the windows were covered in plastic. Other than that, it was lovely.

Hotel going through big renovations but tge stay was wonderful.

Really awful experience. Dirty shower, horrible beds. Room smelled of vomit and disinfectant. TV was broken. Breakfast didn’t have working equipment. Very dissatisfied and shocked of the high review score.
