How clean the room was

Bed was very uncomfortable, small and located too near the wall. No side table on that side as well. Not a great setup. I had to make my own makeshift bedside table out of a luggage rack and a towel. I feel that is unacceptable in a hotel room. Staff was fine. No issues. Room was clean when we arrived.

We love the location, close to seawall for walking every day and also is close to a family member which makes the stay ideal.

The outside does look dated, however the rooms we had were updated and in great condition. We did need to change rooms mid stay due to an extra noisy guest above us but the mgmt team moved us right away when we made them aware of things. Both of our roooms were at the back of the hotel overlooking the parking lot, so not much of a view in the "city view" advertised. Bathrooms were compact but had good showers and were clean. Bed was also good size and very comfy. We would probably stay there again should the need arise to visit Vancouver overnight.

Location of the hotel is covenient because bus stops is easily accessible.Housekeeping is good, it is well maintained and cleaned. The only downside is the washroom exhaust fan is not working but overall we had a great stay.

The staff just didn’t care, the place was packed with customers they couldn’t care less.

The walls in the rooms need to have a sound insulation improvement. The room and bathroom was clean and the staff were friendly.
