Is old building they’re being maintained is on floor room easy in and out the breakfast was cold the coffee was great booked last minute good place to park my 10 wells the beds was comforting I had great sleeping

CheckIn took 30 minutes, middle of the night the carbon dioxide kept on beeping every 10 minutes, they changed us room but we missed the breakfast because of over tiredness

The desk staff was rude disrespectful and over charged us. This is worst Expedia "horetel" I ever stayed in. Dirt on floors even after clesner came in

The rooms look nothing like the pictures, the outside door to get in the building where the rooms were, was broken and not secure or safe feeling. I had to hip check the door to our room to get it to open, the room smelled musty, tv wouldn’t work, and we were not made aware that our room was a joining room with a stranger. Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. The plug in had white stuff all over it. Property did not feel safe or secure. The tub/shower was also very outdated. We ended up loosing all our money and booking a different hotel. Definitely needs a lot of updating, and a good cleaning. For the price we paid for the room, we were very unsatisfied.

$623.00 USD... For 2 nights. A little bit of exageration !!!

Overly expensive for inferior, depressing room.

Usually stay at another hotel when I pass through but they were full so came here. Check in desk was friendly and easy. Directed me to wine store and showed me where room was in map. Although an older hotel, it was clean and had everything I needed. Felt safe there, very quiet and bed was comfortable. Slept well then in morning had a nice continental breakfast including biscuits and gravy,(which surprised me being NY state)sausage, scrambled eggs and yogurts, even waffles. Staff were friendly.

This place should be leveled. I have never stayed in a $224+ room that was so dirty and disgusting. You had to walk outside to get to your room and the hallway was 100 degrees. Breakfast was horrible.

Service was very slow at the front desk. Stood there for over 10 minutes before somebody finally came. It was like that every time we had to go to the front desk and they did not answer their phone. TV was broken. We had three rooms one room’s keys did not work. Rooms were average. Breakfast was good and more staff were available in the morning.

Great location

I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience. The room was perfect very clean and comfortable everything was in top condition even my freezer to keep my frosty from Wendy’s frozen which saved me for that late night sweet treat 😉 not to mention the free breakfast and coffee which also helped save me a couple bucks btw the coffee was delicious but the eggs and bagel was my go to 🥰 they had other choices though like cereal and oatmeal ❤️. I had a good stay here the vibes was just right for me I’ll be booking with best western in the future .

It smelled like someone was smoking Marijuana and the common areas smelled terrible. Also, there was a buch of kids running around the halls all night with no supervision... making noise until late at night. Nothing was done about it.
