Excellent standard for a 4 star hotel. Lots of personal touches made it feel like a 5 star experience. Room clean, spacious and very comfortable with additional lounge seats. Staff friendly and helpful, with very good English language skills. Would use again next time I’m in Vienna.

Prachtige ontbijt zaal en erg attent personeel. Receptie is meer dan vriendelijk en kundig. Veel verschillende nationaliteiten in het hotel. We hebben extra genoten van de sauna en het stoombad. Het hotel ligt super centraal. Alle metro lijnen in de buurt.

My room was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The hotel is within easy walking distance of a number of attractions including Karlskirche and the Belvedere.

Great location walkable to the city centre

ウィーンを訪れる家族や友人に必ずオススメしたい評価の高いホテルである。ホテルが小規模なので、スタッフから親密なサービスが受けられる。大きいホテルだと部外者が入ってくることもあるが、そういうこともなく安全性が高い。立地が良く、夜間に行われるオペラ座や 楽友協会、カールス教会などのコンサートに、徒歩数分で行くことができる。観光の主要駅であるカールスプラッツ駅のすぐそばである。遠方に行く際に利用する、主要駅であるウィーン中央駅にも近い。リンク内のホテルだと、お店や人が多く、細い路地も入り組みわかりにくく、観光にも不便だが、こちらはリンク外周部のすぐそばだから、観光に便利でかつ、閑静で安全性も高い。ホテルの部屋は広く、２つのスーツケースを広げておいても、じゃまにならないほど。部屋の乾燥もなく、自宅にいるように快適だった。 浴室も広い。アットホームな温かいホテルで、家族や友人におすすめしたい。

とても素敵な宿でした。 英語があまり分かりませんでしたが、フロントスタッフに特に嫌な顔をされず親切に案内していただけました。 また、とにかく朝食が美味しいです！スモークサーモンがあったので刺身にも触れつつ優雅なアメリカンブレックファーストを楽しめました。毎朝、コーヒーは飲む？と聞かれるのでテーブルの上にある豊富なメニューから選ぶことが可能です。 そのほか、レートは悪くはなりますが日本円をユーロに変えることがフロントで可能なようです。緊急で現金が必要になった場合はぜひ利用してみてください。 とても素敵な体験をありがとうございました。

This felt like a five star hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a choice of pillows to go with your sleep preferences! The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is so convenient to the major sites—walkable to the opera house, the winter palace, the museums, shopping, dining, and the underground (metro). We loved it!

Staff are excellent and very friendly.

チェックイン時のレセプションの男性担当の方の応対がとても丁寧で心地よかったので最初から好印象でした。 部屋は標準の部屋でしたので、決して広いとは言えませんが、滞在に不自由することはないレベルで、リーズナブルだと思います。 館内の随所に絵画、ホテルの歴史を示す写真などが掲げられており、ホテルの印象を高める配慮が見て取れました。スタッフ皆さんの応対も総じてよかったです。 朝食の内容も日毎に一部のものは変えられていたので毎朝の朝食はとても満足しました。 中心地からは離れていますが、そのため環境は良く、夜は静かでした。一方で周辺にはレストランが多数あり、近場で食事するに困らないと思います。

Walking distance to the inner ring where most of the sights and dining options are. Close to local transportantion. Spotlessly clean. Good sized rooms by Europe standards. Excellent breakfast is included!! Beautifully decorated in lounge and entrance.

Bedroom and communal areas were immaculately maintained. Facilities in the bedroom were excellent, they had thought of everything. Breakfast was amazing, extensive food choices, well presented and professional waiting on staff. All in all couldn't fault it.

AMAZING stay. What a stunning and perfect hotel. Clean, so quiet, wonderful beds, spacious room with desk. Staff is courteous, helpful and very polite, speak English very well. Ready to help out for typical tourist questions, with patience, providing map, explanations. Reserve resto with pleasure. Place is very well located! walkable, close to tram. Next to main areas of interest. You will have no problem with parking on street for 4 euros per day. Breakfast is wonderful, varied, including smoked salmin every morning!! waiter serves you hot drink to your liking. Highly recommend!!
