Old hotel with a lot of character. Air conditioning was wonderful in late August. Enjoyed the convenience of having a mini bar in the room with reasonable prices. Breakfast was great. Only a few minutes walk from public transport, various dining options, and ice cream shops. Fun tip...If you do the Hop On/Hop Off bus to tour the city, there are two stops very nearby. That was very convenient, and I used it as my public transportation for two days. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The most beautiful hotel! Everyone at this hotel was so friendly and welcoming! Loved it here - felt very safe and easily walkable to the main sites in Vienna. Also this was the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had.

Uitstekend hotel,

The restaurant required a reservation for dinner the night I arrived after overnight flight. The bar has a small menu and there was a delicious soup. The breakfast was outstanding.

トラムの停留所がすぐ近くなので、トラムを乗りこなせたら便利。すぐ近くにスーパーとコスメ販売店有り。ホテルの朝食は美味しい。内装もアンティークで素敵だし水周りも清潔、また泊まりたい。

Perfect good service and the hotel is a 15 min walking from cathedral . Near to the river and the bus shuffle to the airport. Very clean and excellent service

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit "historischem Spirit", dass uns aussergewöhnlich gut gefallen hat! Unsere Erwartungen und Vorstellungen haben sich nahezu voll erfüllt und in Teilen übertroffen. Sehr gefreut habe ich mich über den persönlichen Geburtstagsgruß mit kleiner Aufmerksamkeit. Einzig mit dem Frühstücksbuffet konnten wir uns nicht richtig anfreunden, so bin ich der Meinung dass in einem 4-Sterne Hotel der Gast sich seinen Kaffee nicht selbst aus dem Automaten ziehen sollte... und die Präsentation des Buffets habe ich auch schon innovativer gesehen. Dennoch würden wir dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Very beautiful hotel. Oldest in Vienna. Rainy day but staying inside was ok because hotel was Beautiful.

I had informed the hotel in advance that I have celiac disease its not a lifestyle option but a necessity to have a GF diet. The Celiac options were poor (so only ate breakfast), GF roll was soggy no other option provided (staff didn't seem to understand how to even prepare the rolls adequately) Luckily I brought my own toaster bags & tried to rescue the soggy offerings. No GF biscuit or pastry, for a 4* of this calibre I would have expected a little more effort. I have stayed in many hotels before some provide a small separate area, toaster (bring your own bread etc.) avoid cross contamination gives the celiac confidence. Buffet was ok, day 1 small fruit salad available, after that only canned peaches, (fruit available if you wanted to prepare your own fruit salad), not ideal. Not easy to have an afternoon coffee, snack or drink on the terrace which would be welcome for weary travellers. Toiletry selection poor for a 4* only bodywash and shampoo combined in the shower, for us ladies I would expect shampoo and conditioner at prices paid. Toiletries not replenished when used, perhaps catering more for the business traveller? Towels are a bit tired looking Overall we had a nice stay loved the city of Vienna, hotel was purposeful

Great old world hotel! Excellent staff. I like not being in the city center but close, it’s quieter and lovelier and feels non touristy.

The buffet breakfast was amazing….. staff was nice and amicable. The only thing that you must be mindful of is talking on your phone (speaker mode) late at night. The neighbours will knock on your wall.
