Was surprised they were doing exterior renovations on exterior of building outside my balcony. Very loud, paint chips on balcony and inside room. Net obstructed view. Hotel very dated furniture probably 30 or 40 years old in sitting area on 9th floor. Staff was helpful with metro and luggage. Room staff very helpful and apologetic for mess.

Hotel antigo mas muito bem conservado. Os quartos são bem espaçosos, bem como o banheiro. Deixam vários acessórios para os hospedes. O café da manhã é bem farto, algo raro nos hotéis europeus. E a localização é muito boa, perto de tudo. Embora a Gran Via seja MUITO movimentada (dia e noite) e barulhenta, pouco se ouve com as janelas fechadas

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos no hotel. Localização perfeita. Limpo. Bom café da manhã e funcionários prestativos e gentis.

In general, the management adopts a parsimonious approach to client amenities. And don't expect self-serve coffee or tea in the room, you must wait for the breakfast room to open to find an early morning cup.

This hotel was just ok. It has a very old interior which didnt feel as good as the other hotels I stayed at. This had plenty of useful amenities and was in a decent shopping location. The inside vibes were just not what I was looking for.

It was a very clean place and in a great location. The staff was very professional and helpful. I felt at home and safe. I would definitely stay at Hotel Atlantico again.

They should look more into breakfast menu .

This an absolute fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful, staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is great! Easy access to public transportation and also accesible by walking. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent service and the room wear very clean. That maintenance kept the room, Clean, and organize definitely a place to Return. The Location is excellent riding the shopping areas of items to shop for AND market. CENT. Very nice.

Location was perfect and beautiful hotel.

The room was very clean. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking Gran Via. The hotel itself is older. The roof terrace is nice but the whole 9th floor could use an upgrade. The furniture seemed old and dusty. I would rethink the positioning of the bar to better utilize the roof terrace - it’s probably the best feature of the hotel so it should be maximized - perhaps more staff and more dinner / food options. Had a great stay! Thank you!

Great location, large room and bathroom. Has a bidet. We faced the street, nice view. I would recommend.
