The shower faucet system was a little complicated to manage.

I would like to have somewhere to sit in the lobby or entrance.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. My room was a good size and it too was spotlessly clean during my entire stay. The staff were friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, near many attractions, shopping, restaurants and neighbourhoods. It was amazing that it was so quiet given proximity to Gran Via.

Very nice boutique hotel with a great roof top terrace and bar. The breakfast is below average for the money. Would suggest eating outside the hotel. Elevators are very small. Rooms are nice but the switches are very confusing.

Lovely property walkable to museums and old city.

This is our third time to stay on this hotel, and we are very pleased with the staff, location, proximity to many restaurants and shopping. The property is very clean and maintained.

Excelente localização, próximo ao Metrô Gran Via, muitas lojas e bons restaurantes por perto. Permite ir a pé ao Centro Histórico! Recomendo.

Stayed there twice. Note my go to for Madrid. Staff is fantastic. Location cereal to just slot everything I want or need. Super chill lounge on the 9th floor.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities. Close to most of the attractions we wanted to see in Madrid. Reasonably priced brreakfast.
