The front desk staff was friendly and fast. Checking in at night and having our room towards the back meant driving around the building, it is not well lit and was a little worrying safety wise, as the doors from the parking lot into the buildings were not locked and many were wide open. Our room was comfortable and clean, the AC was working great, good WiFi, bathroom light took a minute to figure out, but we got there! The photos aren't quite accurate for what the rooms actually look like, but it is a convenient spot if you are going to local sights and attractions.

Needs lots of attention to clean up the facility.

The description and photos online didn't align with the current conditions of the property. The grounds are poorly lit at night, the pool wasn't available, our room didn’t have a working phone or TV, a wall faceplate wasn't secured to the wall and our window didn’t have a locking mechanism. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was quite and centrally located to the attractions nearby.

Generally it was a good stay for only 1 night. AC was loud

We legit thought the property was defunct when we pulled into the parking lot. It was very overgrown & run down. As we entered the lobby it was old & smelled like curry. Carpets and furniture were gross. The exit doors weren’t secure. The bathrooms had old shower tile from the 60s but new granite counter sink mirror. Hair dryer didn’t work. There were clean sheets, coffee maker & new blinds; old carpet & furniture.

The room was clean but the room smelled musty.

Staff was pleasant and room was clean, but location is undesirable. Outside of facility is rundown and outdated. This should not be available on Expedia.

Everything was good EXCEPT the TV service totally is horrible! The staff had to bring a new tv but the service they have in the rooms IS TERRIBLE!

Shame on Hotels.com for having this property on their site, rundown does not come close to describing it, needs a condemned sign on it. To be fair, the room itself was not so bad but the rest of the property ruined any chance of a good or even fair review.

Hotel was very run down for mystic ct. I wouldn’t have spent more than a $100 for place to sleep and that’s being nice.

Praise 👏 the LORD, this hotel was unacceptable, what I was charged $297.00 for 2 nights. The room was alright but not what I am use to. I did like the lobby and that is about all.

It looked like whoever owned it was trying to fix the place up, but in its condition right now it made us feel like it was abandoned

The room smelled like stale cigarettes and there were dirty wash clothes in the shower.

Stay was ok very basic bed steal frame made it very squeaky. Terrible pillows and loud AC.

It looks like its closed down, smells, buds in our bed, hait dryer almost caught on fire. We stayed 30 mins toos and that is only because we were on the phone with your customer service.

Never saw anything like it. Virtually deserted. No cars in parking lot, No services, pool closed. Actually, room was adequate. Very strange place. I think it was us and the guy that came from behind desk
