Nice, clean bright rooms. Everything was well maintained. Very happy with our stay.

The room was very clean and the staff attentive to our needs. Their parking is big and the pool area was clean also. We would definitely stay there again.

Parking was great because the lot was well lit and felt very safe when I had to run to my car in the middle of the night. We had an issue with our room at check in but Joao at the front desk was phenomenal and found a solution right away. He was incredibly kind and helpful, he really made a big difference !

No air conditioning in the main area, poor continental breakfast. The room was clean.

The hotel is very well located, with a beautiful and cozy appearance, and it was renovated not long ago. The staff is (mostly) friendly and polite. The included breakfast is decent and varies each day. Parking is not that big, but you can find empty spots at any time. As a bonus, they offer an EV charger. Unfortunately, our experience was not perfect. When we asked not to stay on the ground floor, we were told that the double queens are only on the ground floor. Later on we saw that there were double queens on the 2nd floor too. Not nice. We arrived during night time. In the morning we noticed that under the beds there was a lot of dust/ dirt. After the room was "cleaned", the dust/ dirt was stîll there. Since then, for the rest of our stay, no cleaning was done in the room. We had to take the garbage out so they would pick it. No bed was done, no towel was changed, except one time when we specifically asked. They changed the towels but they didn't make the beds or clean the room. One day, we asked the cleaning person to have the room done, but we were told that we're not on the list. So he only took the garbage we learned to take outside. Another day we asked to have the room cleaned around 1:00 PM, but we were told that they are doing the rooms only until 12:00 PM. Really?! The bathroom fan was not installed properly and you could see the cut-out in the ceiling. Each with its own experience and expectations, but for us it was disappointing. We'll stay at other hotels.

Everything fit our needs for our stay. The breakfast choices are great. The only thing is that the dining area is quite warm especially when there is a large number of guests. Some AC would help.

We enjoyed the breakfast. Eggs, bacon patatoes, pancakes... Everyone will find something. Small indoor pool and small hot tube. Does the job, open until 11pm. Good activity with the kids when everywhere is closed. Room cleaned. Allow dog with supplements. We like it.

OMG! there’s a CENTIPEDE crawling on the floor. Im hoping for more cleanliness and insect spray ‘coz thats dangerous for kids.
