Wonderful front staff. Room was spacious & felt clean enough. No real complaints except the area was sketchy, the grounds around the property were trashy, & it was a bit noisy. Still would recommend for an overnight stay on the way to wherever you are traveling.

This place is just horrible.

I waited in line to check in for about 30 minutes. No one was at the front desk. The guest ahead of me kept knocking on the door behind the desk and no one came out. I called the hotel over and over thinking maybe someone would come out to answer the phone and nothing. When someone did finally come to the desk from outside she was like "oh, didn't know I had a line." The room looked like it had not been cleaned. The floors were incredibly dirty, there was still trash in the trash cans, and dirty dishes in the sink from whoever stayed before us. The towels did not look clean either. The room was nice. It's just too bad the room was so dirty and there was a lack of customer service.

BLACK MOLD on the wall by the bed. I could smell it immediately when I walked into the room, but I am hypersensitive so it might not be as noticeable to the average person. After looking around a bit we found mold under the side table on the walls by the bed. We tried 3 different rooms, they all smelled musty/moldy and we found mold in all 3. Luckily they gave us a full refund and we went to a different hotel. The front desk person was kind, understanding, and accommodating. The rooms do look really nice, it is unfortunate about the mold— I know it is hard and tedious to get rid of mold but mold exposure is extremely dangerous especially for chronically ill people like me.

It was the nicest hotel I’ve visited since forever

Very clean room/property! Good size room & bath. Pleasantly surprised with kitchenette with full size refrigerator!

The property is under construction but will be nice when finished. I booked main floor & king bed but didn’t get either. We are disabled seniors and had to carry suitcases up 2 flights of stairs and there is 2 double beds. Front desk staff acted like it wasn’t important.

Very nice room. Looked to be freshly remodeled. Everything was near perfect. The only downside was the traffic noise. Hotel is right next to the freeway. It’s very loud. We would have asked for a room around back had we realized how loud it would be. We had a room with a very nice kitchenette in it. Right by the pool. Lots of good places to eat just a block or two away.

The stay was great but they charged me again once I got to the hotel. So now I need to figure out why this was done.

Clean room

My check-in was delayed for over two hours because they were doing construction on the main lobby and had no way of checking me in. The lady that was working in the front desk was very friendly and apologetic and did her best in the situation. I was in town for business That required me to work overnight so the fact that the rooms were quiet and had the blackout curtains was a huge plus. There were some sketchy looking people walking around the property and I could smell marijuana coming from one of the rooms but overall the room was nice and served its purpose and I would definitely consider staying again for future business trips.

The breakfast options were pathetic.

The only thing I had an issue with was the beds. You advertise queen beds but the beds are full size and not comfortable
