Great place to stay, will stay here again for sure.

Hotel could use some updating but was clean, easy access to surrounding area and staff was very polite

We had to cut our stay short after my husband found bed bugs in his bed. We got up at 5 am and found he was bitten in his head arms and back. Worst experievd we have ever had.

Location was perfect for us

Customer service was great but price was expensive. $200 a night

Great breakfast & friendly staff

The rooms need some updating in the bathroom (i.e. caulking being redone). It was clean, but cold due to the windows not having proper caulking there was a strong draft even after closing the curtains. overall we spent less than 10 hours in / out, so it was a good price for our quick in/out visit to Cambridge.

Rooms are spacious and recently renovated. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Bathroom is dark so could use better lighting

The staff was exceptionally helpful and polite. At one point, we inquired about a couple of the food items for breakfast, and whether or not they had gluten in them, and they went out of their way to track down that information for us, which was very kind of them. Everything else about the hotel was great; the pool was clean, and the room was excellent. Definitely on the higher end of the chain hotel experience.

Staff werent super friendly, the bed was so uncomfortable and the room was really stuffy

Very close to shopping and amenties the 401 exits. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was top notch.

Great hotel. Very clean and good pool and hot tub. Free breakfast was very good.

At check-in we were not given any information about the pool facilities or housekeeping. Housekeeping did not come during our multiple night stay and there was no indication that it was not daily service. We used room items and placed used towels into the bathtub as is customary but housekeeping never came to replenish anything, and we didn't know any different. There were no cards or signs in the room explaining this and we were not advised at check-in.
