Staff was great all is good room wasvbasic apart from tha5 great place..

Some of the best hotel staff, I've experienced at any of the many hotel stays we have had. Went above and beyond in so many ways with their customer service always helpful.

The check in was smooth and easy. The room was clean, but a bit dated. There are not any additional TV services, just basic cable. The elevator is a bit scary and we did not have hot water for 24 hours. However, the hotel refunded upon request for $100.00. The pool was cold, but the hot tub was really nice. Unfortunately, there were not enough towels. Breakfast was good.

You get what you pay for in terms of the room and the service you receive. No hot water on Friday night, fixed by Saturday morning. No housecleaning service - was booked for 2 nights, 3 days. Not one room clean done. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was great. I was right outside an elevator and recommend requesting not to be in a room outside of an elevator. Other than that, beds were comfortable and having a Keurig in the room was handy.

No running shower for over 24hrs. No hot water for 24hrs.

We had no hot water the day of arrival and it was off for hours. There was no compensation or offer of for the massive inconvenience of not being able to shower or wash with after a long day of athletic competition.

We arrived early and our room wasn’t quite ready yet. The concierge offered us a warm beverage while we waited in the lobby.

We had no running water for over 12 hours with a hotel packed full of cheer leaders !!!!

Staff was great but rooms are very dated and the beds were very hard so not a great sleep for my family.

Breakfast was average for this hotel, typical offering. The coffe/expres/hot chocolate machine was a real plus. Hot tub and pool were nice

Everything was perfect. Only complaint is I wish the pool was warmer to enjoy.

Hot tub was hot and the machine dropped some fluffy pancakes.
