The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mould it was room 37 the draft from the old windows was dreadful, rooms tiny but worst thing the walls were paper thin could here next door cough , snore and the voices , the bed my god had more lumps in it than porridge, check in wa 4 o’clock even premier inns are 3 pm and I offered to pay extra as we were there 2 hrs early as we had travelled hundreds of miles and they said no , we left at 8am next morning with out breakfast so for 16 hrs it cost £157 , we will not be back

Room was just what we needed for our one night stay, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we had a delicious meal in the Caley Inn.

Pas un problème pour nous, mais attention il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Buffet petit déjeuner : on y trouve de quoi satisfaire les gourmands. Petit parking devant, mais grand parking gratuit pour les clients de l'hôtel à l'arrière avec accès direct à l'hôtel. Bon restaurant pour le soir.

Ideal location to visit and walk around the town. Breakfast was superb and staff all very friendly. Good parking

Room was clean and recently renovated and the bed comfortable. Nice to have a coffee pod machine in the room. The corridors had an odd smell and the carpet needs replacing. The walls are thin, so you do hear people in the corridor and rooms next-door. We didn't eat there so can't say what the food is like.

Great location, great to have parking. Hotel is a bit dated, and overpriced for how small the rooms are. Still, it was good to find a place to stay last minute.

This is a good hotel, with super staff. Our room was clean and comfortable though a little on the small side. Food was good. Lovely staff who worked efficiently and pleasantly made this an enjoyable stay. My only suggestion is to get new towels.

De kamer was redelijk maar allemaal oude meuk. We vielen bijna uit bed want de matras was oud en scheef. Eten was goed maar de bediening hopeloos, we moesten een uur wachten voor we konden bestellen, zelfs naar 3x vragen. Erg duur voor wat je krijgt. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding ver te zoeken. Er is verder weinig in de buurt. Zeker met 2 honden.

Staff were very friendly. Parking was easy. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The staff are most unfriendly Scots that I’ve met specifically the food manager and bartender. The room was clean but the pillows and bed must have been there since the hotel opened. Hot water but shower was a trickle of water.

The breakfast options were excellent and we were well looked after. There was no problem with parking.

Very good location Good value and carpark and lovely breakfast But the sound proofing in the garden rooms not so good so dodnt get a great night's sleep as could hear people walking past and people upstairs but overall not bad at all

This was one of our favorite stays on our trip. Staff was helpful, room was lovely and quiet with good view, parking not a problem, breakfast especially nice, great location.
