Convenient hotel to Newcastle airport. Room is comfortable and clean.

More functional than friendly. Poor condition inside, litter everywhere outside. However, very convenient for the airport and limited alternatives.

It’s tired Staff were friendly Room dated although it is obvious house keeping do make a valiant effort to clean the room Public areas carpets etc are v tired £74 room only was just a bit too much

Did the job for my early flight. Five minute walk to the a8rport terminal and a very reasonable price.

The room was clean and big enough to access everything in your suitcase. The bar is open from 3 abd is a good place to meet with happy hour and foood available

Staff member was really rude when we returned after the wedding we attended. His language was really inappropriate

Easy check in following cancelled flight. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable with solid pillows and creaky mattress. Constant noise from the corridor with talking and doors slamming meant I had very little sleep.

Arrived just after midnight from flight quick efficient check in, room had been refurbished since last time i stayed so in better condition but could still benifit from more upgrading but adequate for overnight stay either before or after a flight

The receptionist was multi tasking so a delayed check-in. Given a room that eas already occupied! Got a nice room. Good kip. Lovely breakfast. All in all a pleasant stay.

Excellent stay, comfy bed just whst we needed before an early flight

Ok for a night, but not as nice as the Hilton across the road if the budget stretches that far. Clean, but shabby. I was in an accessible room (I'm not disabled) and wouldnt have liked to try and get a wheelchair or two in there - it was a tight fit for one person without a disability. Staff nice and welcoming. Noisy hotel. You can hear the tv of your neighbour fairly loudly and doors slamming through the night. I had a fan on which drowned most of it out, but it depends how light a sleeper you are.

The hotel is very convenient for the airport and the food and happy hour 4pm-7pm was very good value with the room being adequate for 1 night

Very personable, well priced, perfect for what we needed, a one night stay close to the airport. Nice, reasonably priced breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a one night get away, although it can’t be helped that other guests were leaving earlier and sleep was disrupted.
