Room was good and supplied what we needed for our quick 1-night stay. The pool and hot tub were overcrowded and the water features were not turned on which was disappointing.

Loved my stay there. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean and welcoming, and the bed was comfortable. Really enjoyed the hottub, pool area and all the amenities.

For the price of room was expecting more for my dollar. In the middle of winter they had AC on which we didnt releize at first, and there was two space heaters because it was a split room so we plugged in heaters and blew the circuit breakers. Staff seemed upset that they had to come fix for us. Also lack of security in parking lot. The two vehicles parked beside us had their windows smashed and contents taken from vehicle. Next time i will book at better hotel.

Room was okay. However the service was worst than terrible. No water in the room even when asked they were like we don’t provide that you can get it from the vending machine!

Our room seems to have been tastefully renovated recently. The furniture is modern and snows little to no signs of wear. This hotel is a full concrete construction so noise resonance is minimal unless you get a pack of elephants above you (which we had on night two of our 3 night stay; staff were quick to resolve the issue of noise past quiet hours) The room had some qwerks like the placement of light switches and the lack of ceiling lighting which leaves the room darker than I would find ideal. I think another lamp in the corner would brighten it up nicely. We didnt really want to leave our window as there is construction outside (not their fault but something to note) Beds are comfortable and clean, pillows are fresh. Showers are warm, however our main tub fill did not fully seal (not a real issue for us) Another tip we found is the coffee is TERRORABLE IF making one cup. What we found thay worked was making 3 cups and mixing them together which evens out the flavor. Making a single cup, we found it to taste earthy. The bar fridge in our room is there.. we had an issue fitting in a cheese and sausage tray (family size) but it will accommodate 8 cans on the door and a few snacks and leftovers. Staff were friendly and when a concern was raised they were quick to deal with the issue. Parking was tight, and this is something to keep in mind. A local liquorstore is within 100m of the front door, tims is a 2 minute drive, a convienice store is a two minute drive the other way.

The room was very clean and staff was kind and courteous.

We have a whole crew staying there this month, and in my 10 years of staying here we've never had issues until now. Clanking pipes, water pressure is insane but when you can't adjust the temperature in the showers what's the point. One of the rooms has a mold/mildew issue and the drain in the bath stinks something awful. Beds are in need of upgrading. Rates are okay but it's time for some updates....

Terrible

Anytime I called asked for room service or house keeping, it was like it was so hard of a task, these clean towels, have stains on them, you would think you would at least change these, also stains on the bed sheets upon checking in, wobbly table, I’m surprised it’s rated 4 stars, I’ve seen 2-3 star hotels with way nicer well kept rooms, staff just sits around talking to eachother rather than cater to guests, requesting clean towels and getting stained dirty towels each time was not the best, only one nice sweet lady who cleaned rooms took care of us one day, the sweet lady also who did my check out, only two employees who actually had energy catered to us exceptionally well, everyone else 1 star review

The hotel does not have much for parking in the front, so we had to park in a side parking lot where ours and another guest windows got smashed. The hotel offered nothing, not even a place to call in this situation. They have no security cameras on site and this is an on going issue in the area and at the hotel. Would not recommend.

Awaome staff, just all around nice place to stay

Unfortunately the elevator broke when we arrived. I swear we didn’t do it! We were on the third floor so up and down the stairs with a knee injury. The atrium is lovely. Our room was lovely.

The staff were all amazing & friendly, in the hotel & restaurant. Location is great. I chose this hotel for the pool. Unfortunately, the pool experience was a chilly one. Hot tub was closed so we had nowhere to warm up. Must have been some maintenance going on.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Enjoyed th jacuzzi tub in our suite and the pool as well
