Friendly staff and helpful

The hotel is terrible. The room's bathroom was too small. However, the most annoying part was the pool was behind our room. We got to the hotel late, around 12:00 AM, and wanted to sleep, but the screaming of children in the pool did not let. In addition, all the sounds in the hallway were passing through the door, including the ice machine use. Finally, The breakfast was also too bad that I did not give it to my children. All of it for $300.00 (US dollar) per night. Never ever will come back to this hotel.

The parking was terrible vehicle parked along of the building so it was difficult to back out the parking stall. The fruit was terrible oranges have there long time &dry not juice at all. Only had a few muffins. Had a yogurt machine with plain had nothing to mix into the yogurt.

Overall all good.

initially intended to leave a one-star review, but I decided to give two stars because the hotel did offer a 10% refund at checkout after we complained that Netflix was not working. Unfortunately, that small gesture did not come close to making up for the overall experience. This room should normally cost around $100 per night, yet during the long weekend we were charged approximately $490. For that price, the condition of the hotel was completely unacceptable. The room was extremely small and not properly cleaned. The bedding appeared dirty, and Netflix did not work at all. I also went to the pool and hot tub with my child, and there was a visible layer of dirt in the hot tub, which made us uncomfortable using it. At checkout, the hotel offered us a 10% refund because Netflix was not working. Honestly, the offer felt almost insulting considering the price we paid and the number of problems we experienced. For nearly $500 per night, guests should expect a clean room, clean bedding, working amenities, and properly maintained pool facilities. Sadly, this hotel failed in all of those basic areas. I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend it at this price.

Personnel très professionnel, de bonne humeur avec un beau sourire! Lit confortable, fait très bien l’affaire pour une nuit. Nous n’avons pas déjeuner sur place.

Generally a good stay, good property, only not happy about breakfast - small variety and little options for vegan. Oatmeal was only instant option, unlike other locations where it is cooked. No plant based milk offered.

The staff was excellent. The hotel was older, torn wrinkle carpet and the beds were hard. The staff made it a good experience. Kudos to them.

Check under your bed as its not a full blocked off frame If you find a single cufflink - dibs its mine!

Bathroom too small and so is the room, gym is for name sake. Breakfast is ok. Overall, cant say a pleasant stay.
