Room was excellent, staff was great and helpful (Alisha) helped alot. Restaurant was very good.

The pool was ice cold our room key wouldn’t let us in to the pool, due to this we had to wait in the lobby while the one staff member checked people in. Once we got into the pool the lights kept shutting down. We were not the only ones to have this issue.

This is terrible, never stay here. The girl at reception has such a grim face it's scary to look at. They put us in a room with a broken faucet. The pool is freezing cold and there's no place to warm up. My relatives and I were put on different floors, and we couldn't get into the same floor because your card only allows you to get to your own floor. I don't recommend it. It's the worst possible experience.

The staff here are all super friendly, the place is super clean and very pretty inside. I had a great complimentary breakfast and my overall stay was great. :)

I would stay at that hotel anytime. Everything is modern, updated and convenient. It’s just a perfect spot.

Excellent

The hotel comfortable but the noise level is crazy loud and the girls start cleaning above you early doesn't allow you to sleep in at all. Doors in all directions slammed every time all hours of the night. So comfortable but way to hard to actually sleep and jet tubs lack any power :(

Room was fine. Bathroom is modern. Breakfast was excellent - one of the best buffets ever.

-Alisha at front desk was fantastic. -Room wasn't stocked with enough towels for the 4 ppl we had in it. I had to ask every day for the right amount, and was told the second day they didn't have enough. -Not staffed well enough. Needed a toilet plunger one evening and had to wait about 45 minutes for it at 11:30 pm. Then wait longer till they brought a bag for it to go in once it had been used. Only 1 staff member on duty. -Called one evening for towels and was told we would have to go get them since they didn't have anyone to bring them to room. -Elevator was having issues and wouldn't go to the correct floors one day. -Breakfast food was good but massive backlog around the 1 toaster available. I wouldn't stay here again

Staff was very excellent and friendly, especially Aleisha at check-in. Overall, a very nice hotel that we will always stay at when we are in city.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We booked and paid for a higher-priced room, but when we arrived the hotel tried to give us the cheapest room and claimed it was what we booked. This felt very misleading and dishonest. The room cleanliness was poor, it was very noisy and extremely hot. Our child was even bitten by something during the stay. Overall it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the price and we would not recommend this hotel.

Room was clean but the air con / heating unit was squealing all night.

The room is clean and the staff are all friendly. We had a nice, decent breakfast as well.

Front desk staff was great with both check-in and check-out. Room was spotless. I enjoyed the soaker tub and the big screen tv.

Alisha the staff was very polite and knowledgable, the room was very clean, at night time the heat would not work, but with a extra blanket and heater it was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The staff was great, opened the restaurant for us early so we could watch the canada us game.

I walked in an already occupied Room with a half naked men. got a new room with Dogs barking. I was very tired coming from the U of A Hospital with a kid that had surgery I needed my sleep but couldn't sleep due to being scared of someone walking into my room like i had done and then Dog Barking. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Was told manager would call first thing Tuesday Morning and got not call.
