Property not as described. It’s old and maybe in the midst of renovations but hard to tell. Refreshing pool (which our 3 grandkids were looking forward to) was not open - still closed from winter. It did have a fridge and microwave but no place to sit. Bathroom was rough and water pressure was very low. We wouldn’t stay again.

Room was not clean!!!

The property is in a VERY shady part of town in an old abandonded looking strip mall. It looks NOTHING like the pictures. The bbq sign in one of the pics is almost faded completely out showing how OLD the pictures are. The front desk guy REFUSED our service dogs (real ones) and said he didnt want any hair in the rooms. We called expedia, explained, got a refund and a new hotel!

It was comfortable

The place did not look nice from the outside but the inside is newly remodeled. Was a great deal for the price!

The room was great. Clean no issues with any of that stuff bed was comfortable. The only complaint was the shower head was horrible.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean. The air conditioner was loud. The pool was not available. No breakfast...

Every time I come here I have a great room friendly staff nice and clean love it

The building had no signage. It seemed like it was in a random lobby. The carpets had a long ketchup like stain that was about 30 feet long. It was dog food and a large dog that was barking in the hallway.

Staff was friendly however they did knock on our door and accuse us of smoking and we had went outside to smoke and the refrigerator had to be moved to work construction was going on however that means improvements are being made

THE PICTURES ON THE LISTING ARE DECEIVING. THE PROPERTY LOOKS LIKE A CRACKHOUSE. THE OUTSIDE ARE FULL OF CIGARETTE BUTTS AND TRASH. THE DOORS ARE ALL DISGUSTING. Once you enter the hotel, there is not enough ventilation, the carpets REEK and the hallways smell like WEED, EXPIRED CURRY, AND CIGARETTES altogether. Carpets in the hallways and stairways are all stained of you dont even know what. The room itself looks updated but not cleaned enough. The bathroom had someone else’s hair on the tub when I havent even used it, some random dead bugs in the room and windows are dirty. We definitely felt unsafe and uncomfortable during our stay. To everyone, DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PICTURES AND REVIEWS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Clean room

The hotel offer room service, but no one never showed up to clean the hotel room. Emily, we got into the room. The floors the bathroom was so dirty. We had to go and buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the entire room . We shouldn't have to enter a room and start cleaning. As soon as we get here, we should have the option list to relax. The hotel has potential but needs to improve on a great deal of things.

The outside looks very sketchy but the room was well updated and clean...make sure you always get. Aclean ice bucket

Hotel could use some updating. Rooms could be cleaner, seemed to be short staffed. Friendly staff and in a nice area

Front desk clerk was very attentive made us feel welcomed. Room was spacious and comfortable.

They're trying to fix the place up, but they're not using professionals to do it.
