The room was spaciousness and very clean. Loved the view of the river from the balcony.

We were in town for the Trent University Convocation. We stayed one night. The staff was wonderful. The room was amazing. So spacious and clean. There was a balcony with a beautiful view. The bed was comfty with extra pillows. A delicious free breakfast was included. Lots of yummy choices. I would 100% stay here again.

Quiet location from traffic, nice rear garden area with gazebos and a walking path. Had some biting gnats in my room which I had to exterminate as they interrupted my sleep on the first night. Then it was peaceful. Room was cosy with everything you need and a great patio overlooking the rear garden. Coffee in the lobby and an in-room Keurig was a treat. Breakfast was the only disappointment, as I hoped for real scrambled or fried eggs not patties. Better to find a breakfast place nearby. One Eyed Jack’s is walkable and was fabulous for lunch or dinner.

The river view rooms were amazing, backdoor on the room leads to a park like area with local wild life. Staff were friendly and informative. Breakfast we good considering it's included. Definitely would stay again.

Si on aime le côté vintage des chambres, cet établissement est parfait. Mais malgré ce côté vintage, nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le personnel est disponible et serviable et le confort est au rendez vous. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation

Easy to access from the street. Restaurant options around and food options. The night time during the warmer weather can be loud as the patio of the restaurant plays music. You can also hear anything and everyone from the hallways to the rooms next door. Check in and check out was easy. Very basic gym equiptment. The dining room for breakfast is in another building that you have to go outside to get it which is odd.

It was just ok. Needs some updating. The room was spacious but poorly maintained. The furnishings seemed dated, stained and worn. Could definitely benefit from some new furniture and interior design coordination. The room had a separate living room with two large sofas and furniture that seemed ill fitting for the space. The bed was comfortable but the AC unit kept turning on and off over night which made for a very poor nights sleep. Overall I would give this property a very generous C-.
