Staff is very helpful and room comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and the hotel was generally quiet. Would definitely come back! We loved how the staff didn’t enter for cleaning unless specifically requested and that made us way more comfortable when leaving our personal belongings and going out for the day. They also had a pack-and-play available to use in the room for our pre-toddler to sleep in, which was amazing!

Had young children with so they were very unhappy that pool was out of order

The staff was very helpful and the shuttle from Kalispell airport to Whitefish is essential.

Excellent, everything the hotel was great, inside and out. And the guest laundry was complimentary! The staff was very friendly and helpful they just couldn't help with the rain. The location was great as well close to West Glacier.

This hotel does not look like the pictures. It’s run down, dark, the staff was rude, and the free breakfast was worse than the typical free breakfast….. if that’s even possible. Way overpriced and nothing as advertised.

Breakfast buffet and front desk staff were great. It seems to be an older hotel but it is very clean and the staff works hard to make it a pleasant stay. Great location close to town.

Nice and quiet. Clean room. Good breakfast. Close to downtown. And they picked us up at the airport in Kalispell with their van and dropped us at the car rental about half a mile north of the hotel. Excellent service.

Overall we enjoyed this hotel, but were extremely disappointment when we got there with our child to find out the pool was closed down . The pool is why we picked this hotel so we were very disappointment to find out it was closed. It would have been nice to know this before hand , or to know that they would reimburse us for the local aquatic center before our last night and before they closed …

I liked my visit

our first time visiting Montana, we will def be staying here again when we come back!

I did have a stranger enter my room. Although they immediately left. The staff clearly programmed the door keycard incorrectly or rented out the same room to two different parties. Also the breakfast was greasy and cold.

The room we had was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was friendly and the property was quiet so we had a good nights sleep. We will probably stay here again.
