The property was at a great location and what’s needed close by, as in for cleanliness my non smoking room reeked of cigarettes and there was ashes at my bed side. The jetted tub was very nice but the Hot water knob was leaking but not horribly. Other than that it was an ok stay just like every other hotel

Great staff clean rooms. Convenient location. I had a complete breakdown from Travelocity regarding my reservation so best to call and get a room direct.

Area around the property is run down. Hotel exterior is rough, inside room is V. Good. Staff V. Good. Food bad. Workout room bad- hand weights gone except light weight option, other equipment rough.

The property was clean but old. There were no outlets for charging your phone or computer. I had to unplug the clock. The breakfast was very minimal. We were on the road for 18 days and this was the worst free breakfast we had. The evening staff was nice but charged us 3 times for 2 rooms. The morning staff fought with me about giving me a receipt. She absolutely refused. I insisted on getting one and wouldn’t leave until she gave me one.

I stayed at this hotel last year and it was wonderful. My bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean. The room wasnt exactly updated but i didnt mind because it was clean. This time it was still clean but the bed was awful. It was a king and the mattress was sunken in on both sides so needs replacing for sure. This room was more outdated. Also check in wasnt available on time but thats minor. I believe they had been fully booked. The showers were good and hot and I enjoyed soaking in a very hot clean bathtub after the park. I stay here when i travel to cedar point but note it is a 45min drive. Its an easy drive though. For the price its great but i do recommend they replace at least some of the mattresses.

The staff was attentive and polite. The room was okay. Nonetheless the stay was pleasant.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels (I'm 69) and this is the first time I was bitten by bed bugs. I'd attach a photo but I see no place to do that. We had to leave everything outside the apartment door until all of our clothing coould go into the dryer. There were three of us in the room and I was the only one bitten, luckily. The hallways had an odd chemical amwell, and I assume that was bug spray.

For the price and location of where we needed to be it was okay. Staff was nice but some didn’t speak English. The area around the property is run down. Very small parking lot entrance. Rooms needed updating. They ran out of towels one day and had to wait for more to wash, wish was a first for me!

Ok place to stay at a good price. I would stay again if traveling through.

Noise from adjoining room
