Our stay in the room was nice. Room was clean and beds were comfortable but the breakfast was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. The eggs were repulsive, my daughter tried to do an omelette and was so so bad. We ended up eating cereal. Even the juice was incredibly watered down. We were traveling for a tournament and as a larger family really rely on breakfast at hotels and pay for better hotels in hopes of better breakfast. We still had to stop somewhere and grab some protein. I wouldn’t stay here again just because of this.

My family and I were very appreciative of the quality of customer service, care, and cleanliness that this Best Western provided. The room was also very spacious, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. My dad and I also very much appreciated the free cookies provided at the front desk during check-in! Thank you! 🤗

Very clean rooms.

Harshal at the front desk & Linda in the breakfast room were very friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean & quiet.

Walls must be very thin as you could hear neighbors all night. Breakfast had been picked over and the attendant was not concerned with refilling it

The hotel is not worth what I paid for. House keeping is not everyday. It’s every 3 days. I stayed there for 6 days and it got cleaned once. The treadmill is out of service. Gym is small and congested No laundry onsite. Had to go to laundry mat Overall, not going back there if I go to Fallon in a future.

Front desk people were super nice, bed comfortable, breakfast was descent, room was clean, I didn’t like their set up for the TV, it was confusing, you had log in through you phone or other device for you tube tv, so did not get to use tv

Failed to be notified when booking that they had lost their cable service December 31. So no tv. Didn't have hot water in shower. Lukewarm to cold.

Had to make room change at check. The check in lady work very hard to make that happen as the hotel was full.

Wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in but I paid 200 dollars for a hot tub room and the hot tub did not work the TV did not work and the water was backwards waited 1t minutes for hot water then found out hot is cold and cold is hot.

I liked the room for being clean, comfortable beds and quiet. I really am not a fan of laminated floors in the winter. I never feel warm enough and this room had that.

The room was adequate. Big which was good. Bathroom very small and shower over a bathtub was really small. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but a lot of plastic which I don’t like. Worst feature was the noise coming from the fridge and hearing unit, which we turned off as it was far too hot in the room

Staff was amazing throughout our stay, very friendly and extremely helpful. The continental breakfast was impressive, alot of great breakfast foods to choose from.
