Failed to be notified when booking that they had lost their cable service December 31. So no tv. Didn't have hot water in shower. Lukewarm to cold.

Had to make room change at check. The check in lady work very hard to make that happen as the hotel was full.

Wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in but I paid 200 dollars for a hot tub room and the hot tub did not work the TV did not work and the water was backwards waited 1t minutes for hot water then found out hot is cold and cold is hot.

I liked the room for being clean, comfortable beds and quiet. I really am not a fan of laminated floors in the winter. I never feel warm enough and this room had that.

The room was adequate. Big which was good. Bathroom very small and shower over a bathtub was really small. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but a lot of plastic which I don’t like. Worst feature was the noise coming from the fridge and hearing unit, which we turned off as it was far too hot in the room

Staff was amazing throughout our stay, very friendly and extremely helpful. The continental breakfast was impressive, alot of great breakfast foods to choose from.

Better than expected. Staff was very friendly. It was clean and free breakfast was ok.

Room was clean and quiet.

It was clean, wood type flooring not carpet.

The room wasnt waht we expected and the hot tub was broken.

Great location and we did not have to look very far for a nice place.

This is our third time staying at this property. It is one of the higher priced but breakfast is great and it’s clean. Plenty of parking and well lit. Highly recommend trying out this property next time.

The heater wasn’t working and it was on the high 40’s low 40’s & maintenance won’t be out

The front desk employees were great along with their staff. The room was nice but the bathroom really needs renovation, the tub/shower was peeling off and the knob to turn it on and off kept turning. The breakfast was the same every morning. They need to put out beacon and real sausages, maybe some breakfast sandwiches. Had a great stay.

The worst

Staff was especially friendly and welcoming. Loved the stay.

Travelocity said there was a pool. There is but outdoor and closed for the season. Disappointed grandkids. Non refundable room. I will make sure we don’t stay at a non refundable hotel again.

Nice stay. Room was great and staff was wonderful in helping with our disabilities. Thank you.
