It was ok

No AC in April as they turn it ON from May onwards?

Room was small and hot. My room facing the street was very noisy. The windows had no screen to get fresh air and had pigeons flying and hovering outside of window . The front desk were very helpful and nice

Seconda o terza volta che ci vado. Sempre meglio. Nel centro nevralgico business di Prato e non lontano a piedi del centro storico. 8min a piedi dalla stazione. Fantastica camera al 3o piano con doppio affaccio e molta luce. Ottima colazione, c'è di tutto ed è tutto buonissimo

酒店職員非常樂於助人，因為遇到火車罷工，需要酒店幫忙搵車去佛羅倫斯火車站搭火車去威尼斯。 不過企缸位置太窄，沖涼時都會撞到玻璃。張床非常濶，沖涼水壓非常大。 酒店行2分鐘就有間超市，需然超市於晚上8:30關門。

The room had no air conditioning, no TV and no soap for bathing. They say they rate a hotel four stars and for me it is one star

Habitacion pequeña, pero moderna. Recomendable para 1 persona y estancias cortas.

Não foi uma boa experiência, quarto estava empoeirado, péssima localização, a região nao passava segurança para sairmos à noite.

Struttura un po' datata anche se la camera è stata rimodernata, bagno molto piccolo e senza bidet.

As very nice staff. Sorry to say but our room was so hot (27c) and we couldn’t turn down the heat. The hotel knew there was a problem and their solution was - open the windows.

Property is well maintained, and has good size accommodation. Room had faulty A/C, and had to open windows to cool off room. Requests were made to front desk but were not considered serious which was disappointing.

4 stelle immeritate, la posizione è buona, ma le camere, anche se recenti sono in pessime condizioni. Muri sporchi e con intonaco ammaccato, pulizia discutibile, asciugamani ingialliti, coperte vecchie, piatto doccia consumato, mancanza di aspirazione in bagno, pareti sottili quindi si sentono i vicini di camera, infissi non idonei a insonorizzare la camera anche se ero al terzo piano sentivo il traffico. Colazioni molto basica, volevo una spremuta ma le 4 arance rimaste erano marce, la cameriera è riuscita a recuperare le uniche due buone dalla cucina. Non lo consiglio.

Comfy bed, good shower, good TV, all clean and well run, friendly staff, easy walking distance from heart of this beautiful historic city, supermarket right opposite for snacks etc.

I stayed here for one week as a sole female traveller and felt very safe. The staff were so friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English. The hotel is only a short walk to the centre of Prato and the Textile museum, which has a fabulous gift shop. There is also a supermarket across the road with everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel as my experience was fantastic.
