Heerlijk hotel met veel mogelijkheden

The room was ok and well enough equipped but it was cold and there was no extra bedding. Given it was early January and I had a bad cold and chest infection, not ideal!

Great spacious rooms, good internet, breakfast excellent, plenty of parking.

Very good facilities and would recommend the hotel, food and spa.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s very nice. A good quality hotel at the higher end.

Enjoyable stay at the pines, with nice clean spacious rooms and a good nights sleep. The hotel as a whole is a little dated but has been kept clean and cosy. The Spa and pool were not too busy at 6:30pm. Free parking too as a hotel with free parking is a rarity these days! Food wise, wasn’t great for the prices they are charging Bbq wings were not really bbq wings unfortunately. Needed a bbq sauce to dip into / drizzle over rather than the slop that made its way into two of the five wings. Accompanying coleslaw tasteless. Disappointing for £9.50 and had better in chain establishments Steak and Ale pie was decent, steak a bit chewy. Mash was great and a small side of carrots and tenderstem broccoli

Spacious room. Large well fitted bathroom. Restaurant in the evening was good.

Zeer mooi hotel. Vriendelijke personeel. Ik zat hier een weekje voor werk in de regio. In februari kom ik weer terug.

Staff and hotel

Quiet, clean, spacious room, polite staff. Could be better in terms of services and facilities: arrived at 10.35pm on a Friday night and the bar was closed with no offer from the staff for drink after a very long drive. There was no smart TV. STgere was no smart TV.

The staff were very polite, helpful and professional. Lovely smiley greeting on arrival. Didn’t get an opportunity to try the spa or pool unfortunately due to other commitments and check in check out times

Every thing was spot on. The only issue I personally had was lumpy pillows.

It was a nice stay , reception people can be a little bit more atentive when checking in but overall 10 out of 10 . Food was great . Everything was lovely, very pleased

Clean and decent sized room. TV wasn’t smart.
