Staff is very friendly. Rooms are kept very clean. Grounds are well maintained as are restaurants and restrooms. The exercise room could be updated but is still usable with working equipment and weights.

This is the best deal if you’re in Huatulco. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, close to súper markets, movie theater, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. It has parking and the street is not busy so you can enjoy sleeping without noise.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was on the firm side. People were lovely. The location was great. Easy walk to Huatulco beach. 20 min walk to Santa Cruz. Do not brush your teeth with the tap water.

Clean ,close to restaurants,stores,beaches ,great staff and great breakfast especially the omelettes , pastries, waffles,fruit and coffee.

This is a very nice property, easily located near many shops. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves a good meal with pride.

Un hotel muy bonito, elegante, limpio y con personal super atento y amable, es céntrico, cuenta con alberca y desayuno bufett, sin duda una opción muy buena a un precio accesible.

The restaurant changed and not for the better. They had a great restaurant with tables and chairs not just booths. Why oh why did they change their menu!? They went to a breakfast buffet. Salty eggs, no meat and it’s expensive. They used to have a breakfast called the energetic breakfast which is why we went there. We won’t be eating here again…it’s gone for crap unfortunately!

I have stayed here for many years, but this time was terrible, found three cockroaches on arrival and everyday at least one or two would appear

Solo mejorar las políticas de uso de amenidades como la alberca, la última noche que estuvimos hubo un grupo de huéspedes que ingresaron con bebidas alcohólicas y alimentos ajenas al restaurante y además de música en una bocina, lo que generó que los demás huespedes no pudieramos disfrutar de la instalación por estar conese nivel de ruido . Todo lo demás excelente. Los chicos de recepción como Judithy Antonio en restaurante increíbles. Volveremos pronto sin dudarlo
