They have no water pressure in the shower. It took me 10 minutes to wash my hair because of the lack of pressure and i have short hair. I didn't feel like i was able to get clean either because of that. I won't be returning anymore I'm not willing to pay their price for no shower pressure. I doubt the shower heads in any of rhe showers have been cleaned since the day they were installed, you can see the lime build up im the shower head.

Rooms were clean

I had a pleasant stay while at a trade show in the area.

The complimentary breakfast was a plus! The elevators were out of order.

It's clean enough but not great

The elevator was out and im 72 given a room on the 2nd floor , hardly a good experience. The pool was closed and the water was green , outside temperature already in the high 80s .

Comfortable, convenient and easy to get to from our event

Odd smell in the room, poor water pressure in shower, elevators out of order, dead bugs in the lamp over mirror in the bathroom, completely overpriced for what you receive.

The air conditioning was making a raddle noise all night long. Blinds wouldn’t go down all the way. Probably was texting me asking me how my stay was at 8am before checkout.

Short stay while traveling. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Able to park right outside our room.

The room was specious, clean, & location great.

This wasn't our first stay here. But we were a bit disappointed with some conditions the hotel was in. First, there's a big note on the doors stating the elevator was out. Not good when you have more than one bag and some are heavier than others. The young lady at the desk was very nice and apologetic about it. Nothing she could do about it...just an issue we'd have to endure. The room was clean and roomy. No complaints there. But the stairs were dirty. The carpet was not vacuumed the entire weekend. We arrived on Friday and someone had left a Cup O Noodle on the top stair. When we checked out Sunday it was still there. There was also an unpleasant odor as you walk the hall...almost like sewage. I hope these issues are taken care of before we come back in March. I like staying here because it's walking distance to Texas Roadhouse and it's easy jump onto 35 South. But the maintenance is the same reason we don't stay at Choice Hotels anymore.

Helpful staff. Could have used a tv guide.

This greatness of this hotel starts with the excellent customer service. The staff are great. Greet you immediately and are friendly all the way through. The breakfast was delicious and room was clean and quiet. Definitely recommend
