Temperatura de la ducha difícil de regular y temperatura de la habitación compleja.

La habitacion tenía la calefaccion apagada. La ducha hace que todo el baño se llene de agua. El colchón es durísimo. La atencion de los meseros en el desayuno no es buena, son bastante arrogantes en plan “es autoservicio”.

O hotel tem uma estrutura excelente, bem localizado, atendimento muito bom e cordial. A limpeza é ótima, lençóis, toalhas e amenities em condições excepcionais. A única questão negativa é que o sistema de ar condicionado estava desligado voluntariamente e ainda fazia calor em Madrid, portanto a temperatura ambiente estava muito desconfortável, inclusive porque o quarto pegava sol durante toda a tarde.

Un hotel perfecto para trabajo combinado con eventos , con zona de restauración diversa en todos sus bajos . Un ambiente súper bueno . Victoria , de recepción , super amable , buscando siempre nuestro confort. Nos ha encantado !!

Fantástico hotel y personal súper amable. El buffet del desayuno muy bueno. Y de los cinco restaurantes que hay en el complejo cenamos en el Pipa y la comida está buenísima. Totalmente recomendable

Quiet and clean room

Property was great. Clean, quiet and 20 mins from Gran Via. Downsides were 1)bed comfort, not comfortable at all because one could feel bed springs, 2) the one time room was cleaned (by choice), the sheets were not changed, and lastly 3) air conditioning was turned off by hotel maintenance due to weather being cold outside. It should be up to patrons whether or not air conditioning is used regardless of weather outside because everyone doesn’t have the same needs. Although we asked to have the option, we were told no because it was not individual. I would stay there again, but it wouldn’t be my 1st choice.
