A few problems with the room but overall very good.

Way more pool towels needed, maids shouting in corridor..asked for quiet room got a room by delivery vans bleeping and throwing glass bottles

Our stay was truly outstanding! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its incredible ambiance and exquisite food. The thoughtfully curated music during weekend breakfasts and by the pool added a delightful touch to our experience. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful property with amazing service. Breakfast was delicious. Views were really nice. I would definitely recommend.

Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage direkt am Meer, gutem Essen und zuvorkommenden Service.

Es war super schön, das Hotel ist sehr sauber und einfach toll gelegen! Cala Nova ist traumhaft. Einziges Manko war dass das Personal manchmal nicht so aufmerksam war (Service am Pool) Nichts desto trotz würden wir nochmal wieder kommen!!

Infinity Pool

Very overpriced for what they offer. We have stayed for 6 days at the Bless hotel. Staff is friendly and nice but the service they offer it is not attentive and not near a 5 star hotel.

**Bewertung für Hotel Bless Ibiza** Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel Bless Ibiza. Das Hotel war in einem allgemein schlechten Zustand und sehr dreckig. Die Zimmertür schloss nicht richtig, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Bereits beim Empfang war der Service unzureichend. Uns wurde weder das Hotel erklärt, noch wurden Informationen gegeben, wo sich was befindet oder von wann bis wann das Frühstück serviert wird. Das Personal war offensichtlich überfordert und schlecht geschult. Ein bestelltes Getränk wurde nach nur 5 Minuten, obwohl es noch halb voll war, von einem anderen Kellner abgeräumt. Beim Check-out wurde nicht einmal nach unserem Aufenthalt oder unserer Zufriedenheit gefragt. Insgesamt war dies ein sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis und ich kann dieses Hotel keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.

Le service n’est pas aux standards d’un 5 etoiles, le personnel est très gentil mais doit être formé, par exemple on peut rester des heures a la piscine sans que persone vienne nous demander si on veut boire quelque chose. Le menu est aussi à revoir, pas top! Me rooftop est magnifique avec une vue mer, par contre il y a des « minimum spend » pour prendre des beds, ce n’est acceptable ! On paye l’hôtel pour avoir accès aux facilités ! Les chambres sont assez petites et la vue mer n’est que partielle!

Terribly managed property. Prices not worthy of value received. I didn’t like my original room so I upgraded and had to pay upfront and nonetheless it was not ready by check in time, yet they wanted me to wait several hours more had I not argued. Worse than that was the temperature of the rooms which was kept warm out of some voluntary targets (I could never sleep as a result). They claimed it was sustainability related law, but I called other hotels in Ibiza to verify and those other hotel said I can set the temperature of my room to whatever I want at their properties. Pool was beautiful, but adorned with dated and dirty furniture. Cleanliness was an issue throughout the hotel actually. Also in relation to the pool, it was crowded by non-hotel guests which had to only pay a small fee to enter and take up all the space and beds away from the guests that were paying a fortune to this over priced hotel. Wait staff in restaurants and pool side were friendly but bad at actually serving, as orders were ALWAYS either very late or wrong.

AMAZING!

Beautiful clean modern property with lovely restaurants, bars (including rooftop), amazing views and right next to Cala Nova with great restaurants including Aiyanna. Well located close to Sta Eulalia and away from busy areas, but not too far that it feels too remote.

Breakfast hot food was freezing every morning. Air conditioning in room wouldn’t go below 22 degrees complained to the hotel and was told it was the new Spanish law problem was when you went a sleep the air con would go off because the room was on sensors so woke up most nights because the room was far to hot

Quiet place suitable for families but not for people looking to party. Overall very good experience, great food and staff.

I adored this hotel. Flawless. My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The location is heavenly and love the neighbouring beach and restaurants. Ill be back for certain with my whole family!

The hotel was fantastically located with great views. The facilities, pool and restaurant were very good, the room was very comfortable and the amenities available in the room were very good. Service was on the slow side, always friendly - felt like they were warming up to the season
