It isn't clear that they don't have parking. Also, their check-in is a storefront, so it's very hard to get anything you bring into the hotel without crossing the street. Also, I found a nail, and a long sharp one in my room and the front desk did nothing About it. They were also very hard to understand.

It is a VERY basic, no-frills hotel. The exterior is pretty drab, and the block is generally in very rough shape. A lot of unhoused people hanging out right next door. The door to the hotel is keyed entry though, so it is safe. There is no workout facility, no pool, no water fountain, and the ice machine is in the basement. At the end of the day, it is a place to go to sleep.

Great place to stay in Philly area for a quick holiday weekend. Nice and comfy.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s nothing super fancy, but it’s clean and in a very convenient location to the Convention Centre, restaurants and other amenities. The staff is very nice, helpful and competent and the rooms are small but tidy. It’s a nice, cozy and quiet hotel and the free breakfast was nice too! The price was also decent. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here as an affordable choice while family in nearby hospital. Clean, well kept, staff friendly and polite. Beds comfortable, moderate street noise but we slept well. Would stay again.

Hotel was nice. Staff is friendly. Room was clean with a lot of space bed was comfortable. Only complaint is when we arrived at around 8 at night to check in there were people loitering outside. Very annoying. Other than that it was smooth sailing the rest of the stay there.

There was no fridge in our room, the rate was too high for one night, the complimentary breakfast was a joke, no hot food was offered. Rooms super small for the price! Half the outlets in the room didn’t work.

Honestly this was not the fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed in but it was very clean and very quiet and super convenient. I have to give a shout out to the front office manager, who went above and beyond to check us in early and get us an extended check out because we’re running the Broad Street run. She could not have been nicer!
