The location is excellent, parking $$$ but very close as lot right behind the hotel. Furnishings worn and mismatched like staying at a fraternity but access t subway/food/shoooing makes up for it. Micro tv but the amenities are otherwise terrific.

The heating didn't work

Great place to stay, very clean and lovely staff - the pub was great, also.

Clean room and hotel.

Parking is easy enough, but not inexpensive although very close. Check in a bit unusual, but pleasant. Room and location are outstanding and I plan to return for the value, space and access to transit. Recommended for sure.

I picked the location due to its easy accessibility to public transit (TTC) and the University of Toronto. I.e., I cannot comment about parking! I was in one of their suites which was extremely comfortable. The hotel is next door to a pub and on the same block as several fraternities and so there could be an issue with noise for some people. I sleep like a proverbial rock and so it did not bother me.

Great character of property

- change the carpets…. They were disgusting - answer the phone when a guest is trying to get a hold of you - put at least 2 more coffee pods in the room - it’s not just a pub restaurant next door….. it’s a full on night club! ….. that wasn’t in any info I read…. I guess we got what we paid for….. maybe!

Staff

All fine except the staff hadn't communicated that I had already paid for the 2nd night - so that was awkward for my guests and me.

hotel badly needs update & bed bugs.

The room and the property were amazing. However, I think it shouldve been advertised that the hotel stands nxt to 2 frat houses and that the pub (a property next to the hotel) would be full of belligerent 19 yr olds pouring into the street, vomiting and breaking glass bottles into the middle of the night. Also the "on the property parking" was 100% occupied by the nightlife revelers and we had to park block away. That was a unwelcome inconvenience. It was a beautiful property but I will not be returning

Clean quiet room, great location, good price.

Convenient

Clean. Well managed snow removal. Efficient checkin. Well appointed room. -we booked at the last minute for Dec 25 & 26 expecting service issues and there were none. Great location and excellent value for the price

Room tho carpeted was clean. Fireplace was great. Couldnt get the heat up from 64f.
