Excellent staff! Room was clean and staff were exceptional!

For the price of this hotel you would think it would be built better so you don't hear the people on the floor above you walking about

Nicely renovated room and common area, good breakfast.

Conveniently located, staff was friendly. Having stayed at this hotel before, it needs some upgrades. Breakfast was what you would get at a lower end hotel, the hot tub wasn’t working, only one elevator was working. Stayed for 2 nights, our room was not cleaned after the first night, checkout is 11:00 AM, housekeeping is knocking on the door at 9:30. For the price, expected better.

The Hampton Inn here is always great. Staff is helpful, place is clean and quiet, and breakfast is awesome.

Nice big bathroom with awesome shower head. Bed was comfy.

The mattress in the sofa bed was dirty Very old Stained (big stain) Shocked to find such a thing in a hotel

Carpet was very dirty and staff advised. No microwave in room. Pool and hot tub closed. Still paid full price.

The room was very quiet and overlooked a green space with a railroad track but we never saw or heard a train. It was clean and modern.

The staff was attentive and responsive. They made the stay great.

The only thing I would change is that the sink in the bathroom does not have a functioning plug. That meant I had to keep the water running while shaving. Otherwise everything was perfect
